No enough space of hall for marriage n reception party. Staffs have bad manners. They steals foods including raw materials n switch off ac power again n again during party which is insufferable in summer. They provide partial crockery items. However, they charge enough. Rooms or function hall more costly than others. We recommend u all not to pay here for anything.

Rooms are small, service is slow, ventilation is non-existent, fans run at either 1 or 4, and door latches are broken. But food is good, rooms and bathrooms were clean, and location is okay-ish with close proximity to railway station. And if you check other nearby lodges or so-called 'hotels', it is still somehow better than them. So not a 3-star, but a doable place for a night stay with ~1K budget.
People are good. But rooms are not good. Tv not working, water problem in flush, phone not working as well. You are paying 3k plus for the room.
Recently stayed at hotel City Inn. They charged extra money for early check-in. Room was very dirty. Bedsheet, Pillow and Blankets were dirty. Blankets were smelling very bed. It seems, blankets were not clean since many months. However room was changed on complain. It is not 3 star hotel. Star rating given at various hotel booking websites are false.
It is a Newly built Hotel. Many of their services are not fully functional. No 24 hours Hot water available. The toiletries included only a Lifebuoy shop and a Hand-wash. Room service needs a lot of improvement. No face Towels either. The intercom was dead so we had to call at their reception using our phone. But there was confusion in the first day of our stay. ||But overall Good place to stay. Neat and clean. Location is very near to Railway station. We had no problem with checking in and checking out even at 3 am in the night. Very Helpful Staff. Did Not Taste the food, So can't comment on it.
Reception looks nice as with many places. Check in process was smooth. Paid for an A/c room with tv facilities. ||Upon reaching the room we noticed the linen was not fresh. Ladies hair and marks of lipstick or something else on the bed sheet. When I questioned the porter he tried to brush it away saying it is normal and "good enough". ||Then comes the towel. We were two persons but there was only one towel provided. That towel might have been 'washed' but was definitely not white in colour. What I mean to say here is that the towel might have been in use for a long amount of time and washed inadequately to make it change colour from white to cream. No toiletries were provided barring a hand wash lotion. ||Then comes TV - not working at all. I mean it switches on, but that's about it. No channels to view. Upon complaint to the porter, who promised to look into it, I never heard back anything. Cherry on the cake is I even tipped the guy well enough in the anticipation that he would look after us well. ||Then comes the telephone - since the tv was not working I tried to call reception. The number was hand written on a sticker, code 11. I tried this and it went through to room 2**. We also received unexpected calls from other rooms who I guess were also trying to call the reception like me. ||Then comes the shower - the water pressure was low for the shower to be effective even when using cold water. And there is no hot water. Was told to order this from room service, who can bring hot water. Don't know if this is free or some form of tip is expected.
Felt the room was little costly. Fan was too noisy. Service was ok. Water was given when requested. Manager Behaviour was good. And location is right infront of gaya junction
Pros:Very near to Gaya railway station, affordable price, neat and clean, friendly staff, comparatively a new hotel, good location... Cons:No intercom facility,no power back up (had to go through stairs during powercut), relatively slow service of staff, toiletries included Patanjali handwash and a lifebuoy soap, room cleaning and drinking water on demand only.... The hotel is more or less a hybrid between a lodge and a standard hotel..it is quite a good hotel in Gaya standards...still needs a lot of improvement... overall liked it..
