It was an absolutely delightful experience at Nirvana Grand hotel... The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Talking about the dishes, they were exceptional... Specially the Afgani Kawab!! Biryani was perfectly spiced and moong dal halwa was the perfect ending we had.

The property is quite good and grand. It gives a good ambiance and feelings. The main manager needs to be trained with respect to professional etiquette, customer services and business ethics. In hospitality industry you can not treat the customers with arrogance and personal ego. They look the ways to tax the customers with more charges specially if you have not negotiated the rates and paid the full amount in advance.
