OYO 41917 Hotel Jagdamba Regency

The hotel is cleaned, with well behaved, kind staff. Rooms are cleaned! Services are good! Location is bad because it has so many dust on that location. Please clean the road. I rate it 5 stars! Rooms- 5 stars Service- 5 stars Location- 4 stars

My colleague and I stayed from 17th Jan to 24th. They know nothing about hospitality. No hot water in the taps. Rats are your companions in the room, day and night. Their salad is good. Their toast is limp. Please do NOT stat here.

This place is good. Hotel staff people were too awesome. They will help in all matter weather you want to visit city or outside city. Room little bit small but neat & clean and room service is very good.

Located at bharat milaap chowk. Easily accessible from railway station. Rooms are good but bathroom was not clean as per industry standards. Hall is also available for small parties. Will give two star for food services.

The most terrible hotel I experienced, 1. Online booked with Rs. 1,550/- while hotel rate was only 900/- spot booking, no mirror in room, no tv recharged, no telephone working, no hot water supply, no breakfast till 8.30 no service response hotel staff were very rude. My God I escaped safely.

Hotel is very clean and good overall in many aspects. Support staffs are also very kind and they cook food of great tastes. happy with my trip

Bad Experience. Infrastructure is good but running with less staff. No proper cleaning, no quick or on time room service. Food quality is below average. Overall, I am not satisfied.

Best place to stay in chapra or even if u can visit chapra I would request u to have food there. There foods are really really awesome. And there staffs are very humble and the main thing that matters anywhere is its staff because if the staff won't be polite u will not feel like visiting there again .
