I recently stayed at [Hyatt hotel Bodh Gaya and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including [mention any highlights like a comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, nice view, etc.].

The new and the best hotel in Gaya. The rooms and lobby and restaurants were the highlight; with super nice staff. It is going through its newness and growing pains but the staff were wonderful and I would stay here again. Not much choices in Gaya but I was so glad there was the Hyatt Place.||||This hotel is in the outskirts of the bustling city center so quieter in terms of 23/7 honking traffic jams, but unfortunately is next to a banquet hall so constant Indian music in the background. ||||Still the best hotel in Gaya. Just bring ear plugs.
Great Service byMr Radhe and Shivam and tasty Food presented by Chef Raju both during Dinner and B/F and excellent room Service/ cleaning by Mr Goyari. Wish them all the very best for their good hospitality akin to Hyaat. The Stay was cosy and the location next to Bodhi Temple is a blessing to be at. Approx 10 Km from Gaya Airport and clean and green environment all around the Hotel. A beutiful Memory for me....thanks
I recently stayed at Hyatt Bodh Gaya with my family, including my 2-year-old child. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what one expects from a brand like Hyatt. A very basic requirement--screen mirroring or casting from iOS devices to the in-room TV--was not available. The setup was compatible only with Android devices. Does the hotel expect only Android mobile users to be its guests? This became a real issue, especially with a toddler who needs screen time during meals. Despite raising the concern multiple times, no alternate solution or support was provided. What truly worsened the experience was the complete absence of leadership. The General Manager was unavailable throughout our 5-day stay, and Mr. Pritesh Kumar, the Operations Manager, showed a clear lack of intent in servicing guests. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Rather than helping resolve the issue, his rude and dismissive attitude made the situation more frustrating. That said, I do want to acknowledge the efforts of Ankit, Kaif, and Shivam at the cafe. Their warmth, attentiveness, and service stood out and brought some relief to an otherwise disappointing experience. They were a bright spot in our stay and deserve appreciation for their professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the overall experience did not reflect the standards one associates with the Hyatt name
This is one of few western chain hotels in Bodh Gaya. Hotel is very new & clean. rooms large & comfortable. staff was friendly; breakfast buffet has both Indian & western offerings, and they make items like dosas & omelettes on request. had a nice body scrub at the spa that was half what I have paid in the US. don't be afraid to walk to nearby sites like the 80 Foot Buddha, temples, etc. Although the neighborhood is poor, it is very safe & people are friendly.
Its a wonderful hotel with very humble staff. Right from check in to checkout everything was well managed. The breakfast was the best ever we had. Kudos to the staff and the management of the hotel who created a great experience for two days. It s beautiful property
Excellent ambiance. Rooms are specious. Away from hustle and bustle of the city. The Breakfast is not served as buffet but, available as per request. Good to see all women staff, from front desk to the dining. Icing on the cake was the bon-voyage platter especially curated by the chef.
Such a soothing and warm experience it was, while the property has its own merits but what made it special for me was the warmth of the restaurant staff Ankit the other 2 gentleman dressed in orange shirt I guess keshav or Madav sorry forgot the names my apologies. And especially chef Anurag ( I hope I got his name right). Thank you for going out of the way and baking the croissants so fresh for me.. it was really a very touching experience and really felt special with the gesture, and my nephews really liked the bakery stuff you packed so carefully for us on the whole absolutely superlative experience
