The Bodhi palace Resort

We came for pooja at vishnu pad and wer looking for a good stay. Although compared the facilities available in this area . This is an oasis. Few things I would like you to consider before booking. 1. Very hard water in bathroom and drinking water is not advisable from RO. Restaurant service is very slow so qrder in advance. The staff is helpful and polite. Swimming pool is not in usable condition. Food is good but some must be already cooked days prior as it didn't feel fresh. Bed bugs in sofas. Ac Tv and hotwater can be temporarily out of service but with the help of staff is easily resolved . Pls take contact number Before travelling with locals for transport as I u loose something there is nonway to trace. There is no view but a highway touch property is a good thing.

The food quality at Bodhi Palace Resort was excellent, with an amazing taste that truly stood out. Every dish was very flavorful and satisfying. The staff was polite and well-mannered, making the overall experience pleasant. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. We had an early morning checkout around 7:30 AM and requested a parcel of sandwiches and fruits as part of our complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager informed us that packing the food would be chargeable, which was disappointing and not acceptable. Enhancing customer service in such situations would be beneficial. Additionally, the swimming pool was not in a usable condition and required maintenance. The carpets in the lift had a strong, unpleasant odor and needed proper cleaning. Improving the upkeep of the property would enhance the overall experience. Despite these concerns, the highlight of our stay was the exceptional food quality, which was truly delicious.

Best Place to take room here Gaya tour and Pooja will be completed within 4 to 5 hrs. Evening u can enjoy the resort's swimming pool with kids seperate space in pool, lawn and kids play area. They will enjoy to their end. Next day u can visit Bodhi Gaya in 2 to 3 hrs. So this resort is best place.

Exceptional. Convenient. Very clean hotel with all modern amenities. The one individual in this hotel that let the service down was the restaurant manager for breakfast. Firstly even though you order from the menu...there is nothing available except items from the breakfast table set out for seemingly the people attending a conference. There was literally nothing and no effort made to accommodate us as guests for a grilled cheese sandwich. Every time that the waiter asked he denied all our requests. I ended up not having breakfast before I left. Hitesh ji...atithi devo bhava. This was my checkout morning and all the beautiful experiences now left me in disappointment.

The stay at Bodhi Palace Hotel was comfortable. The staff is cordial and helpful. Every minute thing was taken care of. Food was tasty and made according to our needs. Breakfast buffet was good. Highly recommended

Positive: People are humble and really responsive to the needs. Negative: I have never seen such a dirty room in my life. All the bed, blanket, floor are super dirty (beyond imagination). Broken bed frames and dust everywhere in the room. Bath tub was not working and I can't even place the bucket in the tub. It was challenging even to take bath comfortably. No bath towels, dental kits etc. I have ask each and everything after check in. My room number is 215 and stayed for 2 days. Worst experience ever, please check the rooms before you pay money or check in. Please don't book this hotel just by seeing star ratings, be careful.

The hotels location is the only good thing about this place. The rooms are not the cleanest spend a few more thousand rupees and stay at the Hyatt (provided you can take a taxi 26 mins from the airport) The restaurant food is decent for dinner however the breakfast was disappointing. The staff tries but they fail to impress. It's ok value for money though but it's Gaya so you don't expect it to have delhi prices.

Rooms are ordinary. Bathroom flushes do not work properly. Intercom remains dead . Even after getting the room changed we faced the same problem. Last but not the least the complimentary breakfast has too limited options and whatever items were served were cold and inedible. I would not recommend this place to tourists.
