Oaks Bodhgaya

Guddu was the staff serving on my table. He was great and kind. Actually all staff here are perfect and very service minded. Very glad to come to this as our first hotel. Dinner and breakfast was good. Nothing to complain actually. Well done!

I had a terrible experience at the Oaks Bodhgaya. The behavior of Mr. Adarsh is unacceptable, he has a very bad attitude, he spoke in a manner that is not professional, I strongly advice management to address this issue. The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional , causing unpleasant experience to our guests. The quality of the rooms and facilities was far below expectations - poorly maintained and far from what was advertised. it was evident that professionalism is not a priority here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

What s make the hotel feel like home? The answer is their staffs. F&B staff are so nice helpful and always assit you with anythings you want. Thank you Chef Sunee and all the kitchen people, you guys make my trip full of joy and fun.! Hope to see u guys again soon!

The room here is very spacious and clean. What I want to recommend is the food and service here. The hotel staff is very helpful especially Guddu. He has polite and friendly personality which impressed me and truly made experience here pleasant.

This was my first visit to Gaya and I was so amazed at the beauty, peace and blissful atmosphere of this super special hotel. A very beautiful, clean getaway ! It is my new spot of choice whenever I visit again .. Upon arrival my mom and I were greeted by two fabulous guys Adersh and Kashif.. they both were so pleasant , kind , efficient, attentive to us . Two personalities who just made our trip to gaya so special while staying here . They're absolutely great at what they do .. Adersh Ty for everything you did and Kashif you always came to my help ! Always with a smile ! they accommodated my mom and I in every way. they were always willing to help and ensure our stay was perfect ! I can't express the outstanding qualities of the two of them . To my favorite chef Sanaur Ali I am lost for words at your kindness. You made every breakfast lunch and dinner experience the best ever ! Most delicious meals ! My mom and I will never forget you! You tried your very best to make sure my meals for my mom and myself were to our taste and satisfaction . You even baked an egg free pastry out of kindness which was so good and the best sandwiches .you are a blessed soul .food is a gift and blessing and you do this so well. You're a wonderful person and Excellent at what you do ! Thank you To Guddu my waiter you were great! You made us smile with how kind and gentle you were .. making sure we were happy serving us in the best way! To Rohit the housekeeping supervisor you were exceptional and very helpful and efficient.anything we needed you brought me and my mom. To Azad Ty for doing my laundry so well and fast ! You're very kind !perfect job ! I am so touched by this hotel and its team ! This is my place to be whenever I visit Gaya ! I highly recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you everyone and keep up With your phenomenal job ! You all left a memory I can never forget ! Continued success !

Terrible food - no response from hotel||Since w were driving back to calcutta from Gaya, a packed lunch for us and paid Rs1700 for 6 parathqs. The parathas were completely burnt and totally inedible||Has to throw it all away and felt cheated by the hotel. Quite disappointing since the hotel staff was also quite non responsive about this.

I stayed a few nights in Oaks. Service is very good. All staff at the Oakes Cafe is very good and caring. Especially, a big thank to Chef Ali and Chef Gunda for the delicious food. The best dosa I have ever tasted.Really recommend this dish. Thanks Oaks for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay at Oaks Bodhgaya I had a great stay at Oaks Bodhgaya. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the service was excellent. A special mention to Zaheer at the Oaks Cafe, whose warm and professional service made us feel very welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bodh Gaya!
