OYO 41903 Hotel Mayur Palace

Not well maintained room. Service is slow. Location difficult to found or reach to place by map

I have talk to the manager one day ago. He say me 1500 for AC room . But I go to hotel paid the charges 1500. They visits me non AC room. I have paid 1800 for AC room. Non deluxe. Simple rooms available. Also window AC available in this hotel. Not so- cool. Normal in temperature. Staff behaviour is too bad

My stay in this hotel was for a single day overall what i can say the room ambiance, hotel staff support, its location and transportation from and to the hotel was all good. The only thing where i think and felt needs improvement which can enhance a stay here was the restaurant. As i had my both lunch, dinner from hotel restaurant even though the taste was OK but the food was excessively oily and needlessly spicy the price though was reasonable but quality not that good. The morning breakfast is something i felt needed considerable improvement its was neither fulfilling not well organized. I felt the use of oil was in excess and if they can control that it would enhance the quality of food they serve. Last apart from the food experience i would suggest this hotel as overall i had a good time during my stay there. Food quality must be improved right now its bordering close to being called unhealthy and was disappointing as after having 2 meals in the restaurant i had to skip the next day lunch and hardly eat anything in breakfast so if someone is there for a 3 day trip might find it hard to dine there and have to search for alternate place. Overall if the management achieves that than any guest will have a sublime experience.

As been there I would like to rate it 4* , anyone who is thinking just make sure at night you ought to switch off the lights as the glasses makes crystal clear views for the outsiders ;) Washrooms are quite big. Interior is good

Stayed for two and half days here. Room was good. No such room service available. Intercom not working. You have to go and ask for tea. Food is available from out side. Most worst experience is that when people came for room cleaning , cleaned all !!! New soap, spoon and other small things

They don't give rooms on price booked by Oyo they'll ask for extra money,for example I booked a 4x room for rs1200 by Oyo app but while checking in they were asking for rs 2500 we didn't give them rs2500 so they gave us 2x room instead of 4x and they also told us they'll not listen any of Oyo customer care executive the only way of getting a 4x room is rs2500.

Clean rooms and a decent service .. the place where it is situated is actually the heart of town.. during day hours the place is very crowded.. if you are staying here you can find every requirements at a movement of just an inch

Budget hotel. Neat and clean. Situated in main market area of Biharsharif. Well behaved staff. No kitchen of it's own. Food brought from outside
