Location wise very good but in terms of cleanliness, service and other amenities the hotel is nowhere to be called a hotel. There was no water in the toilet, only 1 staff member handles everything,

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Specially this hotel manager behaviour is so sweet and so nice..... I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown...
