Hotel Supriya International

The staffs behaviour is very bad. When I asked for breakfast they didn't respond. and they asked for 5 star on MMT but I have 1 star then they called me and started abusing very bad language.

The staff is very rude and the hotel staff does not have any etiquette at all, when any guest goes, they do not even ask for water to drink. And why unmarried couple not allowed in this hotel at bettiah city very bad experience in this hotel. Improve your service please..

Please don't take food service. They charge you 600 per plate and serve food not worth more than 150. Room are poorly maintained and unprofessional staff. Look for better options.

Not at all value for money. Rooms are spacious but not clean. Too small washroom.

Hotel Supriya International has few pros n few cons. I mention it pointwise. Pros: Rooms are good and spacious. Staff are well behaved Parking space is covered and large Tariff are not too high Cons: Entry is not appropriate. It is covered with crowd most of the time Vacant rooms are used by their staffs randomly makes it unsafe, specially for family. Restaurants food is not very good

I have not stayed at this property but visited it to check for my stay at Bettiah recently. The hotel looks decent from outside, but its room are not up to the mark for its looks. Bettiah is a small rural town in Bihar which is seeing its growth in recent years. but still, its hotel industry is limited to 5-6 hotels (manly on supriya Road). Rooms at Hotel Supriya are cheap (from Rs 800 to 1800) but quality wise, they are disappointing. Beddings are uncomfortable, cleaning is an issue and the building houses also houses offices and banks, which will add to noise and disturbance to its guests. Their 'best' attraction- A suite is adjacent to their kitchen, which is noisy with strong odour of cooking and heat. corridors are narrow and it looks haunted during night. A better hotel is Kishan Vilas (Not Kishan) which is near to this hotel, behing V2 Mall. But that too is not that great. A person will find limited options to stay in Bettiah, but this is absolutely not a hotel to stay for comfort and peace.

The hotel is still under renovation. Few rooms are renovated few are still left out. The room, which we were given was quite large with a sofa and dining table inside the room but without a TV. The bathroom was smelly and it had both Indian and western commode. The guy at reception was responsive to the request but had to be called out on his cell phone as the intercoms were not installed. The hotel as a big parking space to be approached through a different gate and will be open on requesting at the reception. The parking is not interconnected to the hotel. The hotel has an in house kitchen to serve you the food, snacks and tea in the room service on the orders.

Loved their ambience with cinema hall, good care of affordability with delicious food. Must stay if visited.
