Hotel Kapson, Begusarai

One of the best hotels in Begusarai.. Nice hotel, room service is good.. but very slow service in restaurant All food items are very very tasty. Hosts marriage, party, functions.. Near to Begusarai railway station..

Very bad experience worst services ever too much time has been taken even for the water bottles bathroom doors were totally jamed and too much expensive ac was not working staff was too rude whole people were lazy no electricity backup lift was not working even my sister has been stucked in the washroom the door was jammed she was inside it for an hour knob is jammed totally and no backup was there properly they have taken an hour to bring the masterkey from their place so mannerless and disgusting people they are overall very bad experience we had there.. I suggest you all Don't go there don't waste your money as life is more precious than ur money .

All rooms at this hotel have rats nest on the AC. Stayed at the hotel for 2 days, both days in different rooms. Once AC is turned on rat poop starts to rain on the floor.

The hotel is a 2 star hotel with a big party hall and a restaurant at the first floor. The food is amazing at a slightly higher cost comparatively. Good food costs more! The courtesy of the staff is good with good cleaning staff and restaurant staff. There is intercom where you can call for food, cleaning, etc. The area is far away from the hustling begusarai city in a clean and safe area while staying close to the railway station. I recommend the hotel and you could ask for a discount as well.

Nice place... Good quality food along with a very wide variety. Easy to spot, just by the road. Awesome seating arrangement. Good to hold small conference meeting. Nice ambience. Had projector player for the meeting. Very friendly and cooperative staff member. Surely one of the best hotel in Begusarai..

I had stayed at this Hotel during my Official visit at Begusarai. The Hotel is situated at a well connected road to Railway Station and local market. The interiors are good and room service is excellent. My expectations with the hotel is met in terms of look and feel and service. At one instance I felt disappointed as well, the hotel staff didn't informed me about the complimentary breakfast facility and I got to know this with one of my colleague who had stayed their earlier. Staffs need to be proactive while informing all facility at the time check-in.

Went here for lunch! Great service. Staff was polite. Washroom was clean. Good parking space. Good food. We had roti and mixed Veg gravy. Recommend going here if you're visiting Begusarai
