They take bill for every order be prepared with that , staff was not cooperative,Overall average hotel

Good food and good sevice

Not happy with the gesture on my ordered food today. Chilly chicken gravy was not cooked properly. Chicken cubes were raw. I called them, went for replacement. Appreciated that they gave a reversal, but time they gave a wrong food item. Has been regular customer for them but still they have no concern. Not happy with the service this time, you spoiled my dinner. Food is not bad , may be i had a bad luck today

Worst Hotel I ever stay ,Room are not clean. Ac were not working properly, Lift were not working. Hotel manager was threatening me to change my room for another booking. They said you have toh sift the room other wise you have leave the hotel . Hotel manager were very rude . Worst experience.

Hotel Management Manager's behavior is not good, everything works fine at the time of entry in the hotel.Sometimes there is a power cut at the time of exit and sometimes the lift gets damaged. so pl don't go there. anybody

Room maintenance and service is very poor. Food quality is not upto mark, better to say poor.Location is good but rate is too high, comparatively.
