Mastiff Grand Regal Resort Arrah by OTHPL

The hotel was extremely comfortable. We feel lucky to have found a place so wonderful in Arrah. The staff is very courteous and makes you feel at home in every way they can. They even got fruits and other requests immediately upon requests. The rooms are absolutely clean and very spacious. I highly recommend anyone to stay here for work or leisure.

One of the best hotel in the city, very good experience and all staffs were very cooperative nature special Ashutosh & Shahid is very friendly one of them that's a nice trip i ever experienced in Bihar.

Overall deterioration and behaviour has been changed by the receptionist and too much attitude ,no flexibility for any situation. In one word the Hotel is not the same as I spent 3 years ago.

We had arranged my sister's engagement at Machan. It was very well organised and staff were very supportive and cooperative, especially Shahid and Ashutosh. The venue is also very beautiful, prob. the best in town. Loved the whole experience and would definitely book with them again.
