Waterlily Resort

Location is not so far from the bus stops, take 20 taka per person to go there by local auto from main road. Resort is little far from mai road. Stuff and behaviour is very welcoming but room is not that much cleaned and blanket was dirty. Pool is beautiful and the outside view is so calm and peaceful.

As visitors we went there for swimming with kids. Entry fee is 100 tk/person. Swimming pool fee 250/person/hr. Staffs were well behaved. Pool water quality was average. Public transport is not readily available.

The worst resort I have ever visit. Stuffs are totally inexperienced, they don't know how to handle the customers, room condition not good, specially bed are not for sleeping at least. Pool are always dirty . I suggest to be never come to visit here anyone

Its an average resort. The service was not really good. Some rooms need a bit work - need carpets. Some beds r not at all comfortable. The location is another issue - its on opposite side of the city where most tourist sites r situated. The place isn't very large either. Its fairly clean. U've to ask them to open/clean the pool. The manager is not very welcoming - i mean, when its ur job is to manage everything , u need to be a bit more friendly.

Beautiful cottage in green natures. Lovely place. Highly recommended to visit.

I recently stayed at a resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the outside environment and surroundings were truly beautiful, offering a peaceful escape, the overall stay was disappointing due to several issues. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and I did not feel welcomed or valued as a guest. Room service was below par, with delayed responses and inadequate attention to detail. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Morning breakfast, which is often a highlight of resort stays, was below average in quality and variety. Additionally, there was a persistent bad smell in the room, and the presence of too many mosquitoes made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, while the outside aesthetics of the resort were promising, the experience inside left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this resort unless significant improvements are made in service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Worst experience. Went there seeing the beautiful pictures of the place. Checked out with regret. Why? Hospitality & Service: Worst Management: Worst Staff behaviour: Worst Environment: Good Request to the owner: Work on the hospitality and hire good people. You've got a nice place but with soon to be ruined reputation.
