The free airport shuttle was a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk--Raihan made check-in smooth and answered all my questions with a smile. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. This Hotel used to be better. But now they need serious renovation and upgradation. Most of the rooms and washrooms, setup are outdated and getting worn out. I have stayed here multiple times, chose this hotel mainly for Dhaka Intl Airport pick & drop service. Their staff & location is good. I hope they consider themselves as a good family friendly neat & tidy hotel and do the needful to meet the standards especially for Intl Airport Travellers.

Just checked out. What a horrible pathetic experience!!! Booked through expedia. I was coming to Bangladesh from USA. I landed at around 1:30am. Pickup was quick and smooth. The hi-ace vehicle had broken door, it was opening time to time while the car was moving on road, how dangerous! They gave me a room at a 6th floor. The place was overall dirty. The room had bad smell, it was a smoking room. I requested a non-smoking room as I had asthma, but they said they did not have any more room available. The bed was dusty and I had severe asthma attack at night. Could not sleep at all. The AC did not work, so very hot. I was sweating bad. The mirror, furnitures, walls were very dirty. Many place in the wall, plaster was breaking. The buffet breakfast had paratha, aluvaji, dimvaji, halua and tea. Thats it! Staff behaviour was okay, but the experience was so terrific. I would not come here again for sure!
