Soori Bali

We had a great stay at Soori Bali. The resort feels very private, with low occupancy during our visit. While that might not appeal to everyone, we enjoyed the calm, quiet atmosphere.|The ocean has huge waves, so the staff doesn't recommend swimming in it. However, the black sand beach is perfect for walks, and the resort's big swimming pool made a great alternative for relaxing and cooling off.|One of the highlights was the staff -- consistently kind, professional, and always ready to help. The concierge service was especially helpful, arranging transport for sightseeing and offering useful advice on local spots and experiences.|We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a Beach Pool Villa to an Ocean View Villa, which made our stay even better. The villa was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and had an amazing view.|Food was great. For breakfast, instead of a standard buffet, they offer a daily-changing a la carte breakfast menu that repeats every three days. You can order as much as you like from the day's selection, with dishes served in tasting sizes.|One thing worth mentioning: a few times we noticed a smell from trash burning in the distance, which is not uncommon in some parts of Bali. It wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.|Overall, Soori Bali delivered a great mix of natural beauty, privacy, and thoughtful service. It's a great place if you're after a quiet, relaxing getaway away from Bali's busier areas. We'd happily return.

We spent a long weekend, family time at Soori Bali during the Chinese New Year it was wonderful! The ideal place to simply relax and enjoy tasty food, wine, spa treatments, swimming and sunset stroll together. We stayed in the large residence with 6 bedrooms, it was just perfect to accommodate the family. The team was amazing also with the kids. Always here to help and perfectly anticipating our needs. They even organized a special private barbecue for us in the villa. The daily activities are very enjoyable and interesting, we joined the daily yoga and our kids loved playing with the 'little dancers', coming directly from the village school to learn traditional dance at the hotel. We had an excellent stay, thank you Soori family!

When you find paradise! I can't begin to sing praises to this resort. From the moment we were collected from the airport by our driver, the warmth the team show is genuine.||Arriving at the resort and checkin was flawless, and fast, and by the time we go to our villa, our bags were already in our room.||The villa's are super modern, and everything you need for your stay. The decor is stunning, and the villa pool is the biggest I have seen. Most are a little pokey, this was a full swim pool.||The beach was super quiet and the black sand is out of this world.||The service, I could not fault, everyone greets you by your name, anywhere you go in the resort, and makes you feel like you are truly special.||The food and restaurant have a great selection of foods, and the chef [BENOIT] runs a great kitchen. I can't say I have ever been to a resort where every single meals was as good as it could be, and fine dining level dishes.||The Spa, WOW! we had only one massage and facial and wished we booked treatments on day one as we would have had a treatment daily, but didn't until the second last day. The best message my husband and I have had in our life, and we get one weekly in our home.||I mentioned to the team I would like a stop on the way to the cruise terminal for an Ice Matcha and they came back with a planned route to do this, given it would have taken 45 minutes extra in traffic, I didn't want to be a bother, and told the team thanks so much, buts it not a big deal, and lets skip it. On checkout to our surprise they had 2 ready for us to take in the car for our journey back to the terminal.||So please do yourself a favour and book this resort, there is absolutely nothing I can fault here, and this should have a higher rating than 5 stars. Its sits with the absolute elite.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Bali out of the 10 we visited during last two years. Fabulous Resort/Hotel Spa. Probably the best onsite Spa experience we have had. Amazing design of the Spa. ||We also love this part of Bali for the black volcanic sand beach.

Hotel Soori Bali describes itself as "a hidden refuge." I could not agree more. Far from the touristy areas of the island, this hotel provides immediate access to "the real" Bali - to its natural beauty and the authentic lives of its people. At Soori Bali, you will have the opportunity to experience clean beaches, excellent cuisine whose ingredients are locally sourced with the utmost care by chef Benoit, nearby rice fields, and villages where friendly residents welcome outsiders with a smile. And if photography is your interest, you won't be disappointed. It was hard to leave.

Spent 3 days in the most wonderful resort in Bali! Everything was amazing, from the Indonesian cuisine, to the thoughtful efforts by the staff to cater for my children's needs! They also incorporate local authentic experiences for the guests to participate in which I found to be most interesting!

A true gem in Bali! Soori Bali is an extraordinary escape, offering an unparalleled setting between lush rice fields and the Indian Ocean. The attention to detail in the architecture and service is remarkable, making every moment unforgettable. A special mention to the french Chef Benoit, whose refined cuisine masterfully blends local, Asian, and European flavors. An exceptional experience--highly recommended!

Soori Bali is a stylish hotel on the oceanfront that immediately captivates you with its atmosphere. The location is remote, and the beach is almost always empty, creating a sense of complete seclusion and freedom. The room rates start from 18 million IDR per night, but what impressed me the most was the villa priced from 210 million IDR per night. It's a dream come true: multiple bedrooms, a large private pool, a huge kitchen where you can invite a personal chef, a private gym, a spa area, and many other luxurious features. In this post, I've included videos and photos of both a standard villa and the luxurious one. However, to be honest, the difference is hard to convey through photos. The entire complex is designed in the same elegant style, and this beauty is something you need to experience in person. This place is perfect for celebrating with a group of friends. You can enjoy yourself late into the night--there are practically no neighbors to disturb you. It's also ideal for couples looking to retreat into a stylish, serene space with a stunning ocean view. Highly recommend it--Soori Bali is worth every penny spent.
