The hotel located right at Candidasa central, perfect getaway from down town hussle. Only 1.5 hour ride from Denpasar. The hotel was hype in the 90s but they renovated the building, you can still see some 90's building style but hey! they are unique and vintage now Room is spotless, AC worked perfectly, they clean the pool everyday. The beach is the highlight, you can unwind at the sun bed by over looking the ocean and island view. Bfast is superb. They serve a complete and scrumptious bfast Staff is responsive, kind and welcoming. Overall, it's perfect getaway at Candidasa if you bring family or just your own

Mr. Gusti at Front desk very friendly and very helfull, amazing location, absolutly complete of kitchen set up, big swimming pool. Mr. Komang ( GM ) did morning courtesy to the guest during Breakfast at Pool area this is fantastic, we treated like stayed at 5 star hotel. Please keeping up. Thank you

I have had a wonderful experience at Bali Palms resort. The staff are super friendly and helpful and tend to any requests promptly and with a smile. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds and are well air-conditioned for those of us adjusting to the heat! There is a very friendly community atmosphere among its residents and members - it's very easy to make friends! The rooms and apartments all surround a large swimming pool that does not have strict opening hours. The constant therapeutic sound of the ocean waves makes it easy to feel relaxed! The excellent service and quiet location is a perfect combination for a truly rejuvenating getaway!

Really friendly staff, yummy breakfast by the pool and waterfront. Pool very nice. Good walk in shower, heaps of furniture in room with well equipped kitchen. Nice and quiet when we were there.

The restaurant has expanded their menu to include a number of Indian and Chinese dishes. They still do the Traditional Balinese speciality, the Duck Tutu, but it requires 24-hours notice. Nothing better than having ia cocktail or two during happy holur whilst watching the intended sunset.

Room offered for the special is very small and hot. The person selling the time share is very rude. The buildings are very old and show how little maintenance is done. Bar manager was extremely rude demanding I purchase alcohol whilst watching live band even when there were few people in attendance. Company policy if you don't buy alcohol when live music you are asked to leave but if you leave you can only go back to your room. Food is poor. I would not recommend this place at all.

A little bit old school, should have been luxury in the 90's. Anyway our room was very well maintained and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, very professional. A lot of grey hairs in the area, keeping the vibes quiet

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. It's very old and needs an update. I normally love lolder style Bali hotels. But this one needs some TLC Anyway, it has beautiful views and a good restaurant. Way too many stairs for me. The restaurant staff are lovely.
