We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Padi Bali Retreat! This hotel is truly a hidden gem, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding rice fields that seem to stretch endlessly into the horizon. The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring panoramic windows that make you feel completely immersed in the natural beauty of Bali. The service was impeccable, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly stress-free. The breakfast was a highlight each morning - fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The hotel's garden is simply enchanting, filled with vibrant flowers and meticulously maintained, offering a serene space to relax. The pool was equally stunning, inviting us to cool off while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. This was, without a doubt, one of the best stays we've ever had on Bali. The combination of the outstanding amenities, exceptional service, and unbeatable price-to-value ratio has made this our favorite spot on the island. We will absolutely be returning and can wholeheartedly recommend Padi Bali Retreat to anyone looking for a tranquil and relaxing getaway.

The best accommodation I have been to, not joking The nature is stunning, the cabin is modern and comfy, but, most of all, Made and his team make you feel at home. It is a blessing to experience this. Do not miss it

Opened in 2017, Padi Bali Retreat features a total of 6 thoughtfully designed eco villas. I had booked the One-Bedroom Villa with Rice Paddy View and was accommodated in Villa No. 4. The villa interior measures 45 square metres. You can add an extra bed for an additional IDR350K per night. The villa comes with floor to ceiling windows which offers a view of the lush paddy fields. There is neither air-conditioning nor TV in the villa. Fortunately, the villa provided a cool and comfortable sleeping experience during the night when its temperature fell to 22degC. Wi-Fi is available, so you will not feel bored during your stay here. I am surprised by the size of the villa's bathroom. It occupies half of the villa and is the biggest I had seen during my hotel stays.||||I woke up at 5.30am and was greeted with the sounds of roosters and a enchanting view of the paddy fields, accompanied by a mesmerising sunrise. It was also a delightful experience to watch ducks roaming around the fields. This was indeed a surreal experience. There is a swimming pool in the villa grounds which overlooks the beautiful paddy fields. I had a relaxing afternoon swim in the pool during my stay there.||||My booking is inclusive of breakfast set. There is a choice of either continental (toast & pancake) American (toast & deli meats) or Indonesian (fried rice or noodle) breakfast. About 200m from the villa, there is a day club called Cretya Sunset, which opens from 8am to 10pm. Due to its close proximity, I headed there to enjoy a second round of breakfast after my meal at the villa restaurant. There is feedback of club music being heard during the guests' stay at the villas here. This is true, which the music is played by Cretya Sunset that operates from 8am to 10pm. Since this is no fault of the villa operator, please be prepared for this mild disturbance during your stay here.||||There is a small locally run warung (mini-mart) along the road outside the villas. You can grab some snacks and drinks if need. For dinner, I took a ride-hailing service, Grab to Ubud Central which costs IDR162,700. The journey took about 50mins attributed to the usual evening traffic jam.||||It is important to note that these eco villas are in the middle of a rice field. As such, you may expect to meet little visitors such as frogs, grasshoppers and birds. If you are not keen on wildlife, this place may not be for you. But, if you are a nature lover and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, this place is definitely for you. You will also chance upon farmers working at the paddy fields and walking past the villas occasionally, but they respect your privacy and will not intrude into the villa grounds.||||The service of the staff was good and I felt welcomed. It is a pity the villas could be better maintained and it would have been a perfect stay. But for the affordable price I had paid, I couldn't ask for more. Do manage your expectations and it would be a wonderful stay here!

We were expecting a nice room in the rice field. And we ended in a midfle of a project. Of course, impossible to reach the manager

"Awesome stay BUT loud music nearby " It was an awesome stay of 5 nights BUT with one botheration that spoilt our stay in the first couple of days. Adjacent to this property there is a pool bar restaurant that plays loud music from 7 am to 9 pm, all days. Some days the music is abnormally loud to the extent it felt like it was played in next room. The serene atmosphere that this villa combined with awesome customer service was not enjoyable. We booked this villa to enjoy quiet time but if no mistake by this villa management, that couldn't be achieved. Good customer service in a comfortable and clean villa.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels that impressed me in my life. Those who are looking for technology, please do not come here. Those who want a quiet and calm environment can come here.
