Bali Jungle Resort

So stunning and peaceful being completely immersed in the jungle. I had so much fun exploring the grounds. There are hidden seating areas everywhere, a waterfall and stream. The sound scape is awesome! Staff are so so sweet and friendly. Clean swimming pool and beds :) basic but yummy food at the restaurant. Lots of bugs but it's expected with the location and been part of the fun! Maybe you should be able to drive the scooter to get around the area if staying here. Cute cozy jungle huts to sleep in (not very big but perfect if solo) there are bigger rooms for more money though. Also the steps up to the smaller jungle huts are very steep and narrow, the bathroom is under the room so need to take the steps a lot, So elderly or those with mobility needs should stay in the larger rooms where the bathroom is connected to the bedroom.

Stayed here for 3 days in a hut. This resort is in deep forest hearing sounds of forest small creatures. Hut is small no space to roam, food is good. Mia and Andi staff are so welcoming. Resort is outside city of Ubud with no traffic or crowd.

It's an incredible location. Right in the middle of the jungle, beautiful sounds from the river and great view from the main pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just beware of the road down to the hotel, a little sketchy, maybe a pick up and drop off at the top would be great. Also, with such a very small menu, a suggestion of having everything available would go a long way. Recommend!

We stayed in several places while in Ubud and the Jungle Bali Resort was cheap but by far the worst. Although the location is naturally beautiful in the jungle, our hut was tiny, with barely room to move around, and very dirty (dust, stains on sheets and shower towels, lots of mold in the bathroom) and full of insects (ants, scorpions and the like). In 4 nights, no one came to clean. Also, as the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main road, it would be handy if the restaurant was affordable but prices are very high compared to other places, up to twice the price and the quality of the food is inferior. Only the breakfast is good, with a choice of eggs or pancakes. The restaurant is closed most of the time. Another point to make is that the staff speak very little English, which is rare in Bali, so it was very difficult to interact with them.

Wonderful Experince! Authentic Jungle Resort with Wooden houses, Waterfall, Pool and Massage. The Staff was super friendly, special thanks to Andi. Definitley recommend this Place. Not a lot of tourist, calm place. Yes , you are in the Jungle so there are more Bugs and Mosquitos, but thats nature. Prefer this much more then crowded Hotels in Ubud and it is super close to a lot of Sightseeing Spots, like Watersfalls, Temples and Elephant Park.

The resort is an introverted heaven. It's quiet and peaceful with the sounds of bird chirping, monkey, wind and the water surrounding you at all times. The weather is also nice and cool being amongst the trees, such a breath of fresh air away from the usual hot weather of Bali. The resort also has a private access to nearby river that has a small waterfall, it's refreshing to walk down this path in the morning. A nice resort amidst the jungle indeed, it lives up to its name. Service is pretty nice despite it being a little understaffed for such a big place. It's not perfect, but workers there tried their best to give you a very pleasant stay and it shows :) although the choice is quite limited, the food is pretty decent here & communication is easy through whatsapp. Make sure you have a skilled driver with you because the access to this hidden gem is pretty challenging.

We loved our escape to the jungle. All the staff was very nice and the surroundings were beautiful. It was so relaxing.

I never thought that after the challenging road that you need to go down (as well as going up) there's a gem hidden in this jungle. It's all worth it experiencing everything in Jungle huts. My husband and I fell in love instantly with the place when we reached the lobby. Not to mention Ari with his welcoming smile and very assuring knowledge and experiences with this place and animals that made our stay feel safe at all. And of course the very charming Anggi who's there all the way assisting us with all our needs. The staff who patiently serve our food wherever we want to eat. We are grateful to the owner also with their generosity because they upgraded our Standard Double Room to a Villa with an owned pool without charging as an additional fee. They even allowed us to extend our check out time for 4 hrs and experience their Deluxe Room with a balcony facing the jungle and enjoy all the amazing views and rest with calmness and peace. Again, without extra charge. If you are a nature lover and on the budget this place is definitely for you Definitely we will come back again
