Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur - Bali

An absolute delight to spend 5 nights here. We upgraded with ease to a pool access room which we did not regret. |Our young kids loved the pool, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, which had a great variety. All the staff are very friendly. |We took advantage of the free shuttle to the sister resort, which the kids enjoyed the kids club and had their hair braided. |Highly recommend.|If we ever come back to Sanur, we will be staying here.

This is a very huge hotel over 400 rooms so if you're coming with a lot of people this is perfect but it's also good for couples. I asked him to design the room for my anniversary and they did it for no extra charge amazing hospitality!!! all I had to do is bring them the flowers and they did all of this! They have a real gym with full equipment, ice plunge and a sauna! All on the same level and they give you towels! If you're coming for working or you need good internet the internet is in your room you have your own router the Wi-Fi is super super strong! Had a massage and it was perfect! The pool is large enough to do laps. Great Open spaces in the lobby great to just chill and relax.

Positive sides: wide bed and room, free flow refilling water bottle (there's a water dispenser around the corner of rooms alley.), friendly manner staffs, quick room services, relaxing ambiance, grand lobby with a lot of sofa to seat, quite ok food (I had a room service), fair price for a room without breakfast, shuttle transportation to the beach, but it's also near the beach, the location quite strategic since it's near to the city and Sanur beach. Negative sides: becareful for a rough wall between the deeper pool and the children pool. Good choice if you want a place near the calm Sanur Beach and accessible to the city.

Really nice hotel and amazing staff. We ve had a very good breakfast each day and the service were really great.We've booked also the balinese traditional massage at their Spa and it was amazing.They have a nice pool and a beautiful garden. I think we will come back

Very welcoming and all staff want to ensure you have a pleasant experience. The hotel is gorgeous and the facilities are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again in future. Highly recommend a Balinese massage during your visit also.

Very welcoming hotel with spacious lobby and bar with pool table. Awesome pool area and very comfortable rooms with good working air conditioning. Only a short walk to Sanur beach although hotel runs free shuttles buses. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling here.

We've visited Bali several times, but I don't recall the service ever being this exceptional. The staff were absolutely outstanding, and they truly made both the hotel and the trip unforgettable for us. Initially, we chose this hotel for its price over Christmas compared to others, but now we'll return because of the incredible staff, impeccable service, and perfect location. There's absolutely no reason to leave a negative comment about this place. Despite being fully booked, the atmosphere always felt calm and relaxed. You could easily find a table for the buffet breakfast, and the abundance of friendly, attentive staff ensured everything ran smoothly without ever feeling overcrowded. The location is also fantastic--less than a 5-minute walk straight down the road to the beach, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Even the beachside walking path and nearby dining spots never felt overly crowded. This was our second visit to Sanur, and with a 6-year-old, it was effortless and relaxing. We'll definitely be coming back here every time!

We love the ambience of the hotel. |Breakfast was good. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. |It's quite area eventhough its located in a main street, which convenient for us to strolling around the beach, also close to the new mall in Sanur (Icon Mall).|Everything is nearby.
