The water pressure in the room was quite low, which made showers less comfortable. Took half hour to get the shampoo clear. Additionally, the front desk was understaffed, leading to some wait times during check-in and check-out. Overall, service could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

Me and my husband flew in for our honeymoon and this is the last place we stayed at. The staff and room were very nice and they decorated the room a bit for our occasion. The pool was larger than expected and everything was very clean, however the food quality was not good at all for the standard of this hotel. Breakfast was made to appeal to Chinese tourists so 90% of the food was Chinese food.... for breakfast... they do have an egg frying station, fruit, and bread so if you are not a fan of Chinese thats all you get. We did run into a problem at check out when they refused to take a dish off the room service bill that we sent back. We got the duck and it was just dry, disgusting and not fresh. When they took the dish away they apologized and brought us a fruit tray so we assumed it wouldn't be counted. At check out though they said that since they brought us the fruit we have to pay. Thankfully they removed the dish in the end but with difficulty. I am assuming the resort takes out of the staffs pockets for things like this but I might be wrong. If thats the case its not right considering how much everything costs. All together the rooms and accommodation is great but the resort is definitely lacking in the food department for its status.

This villa has everything we needed. I stayed here with my husband for Valentine's weekend getaway. We had a special cake for Valentines, that's very much appreciated. Spacious one bed villa, very quiet and clean property, large private jacuzzi pool that connects directly to bathroom (bravo!), overall great facilities, room service, nice restaurant and very comfortable bedding, no mosquitos, friendly staff, plenty of parking space, bikes available to ride within the complex. The location is close to Sidewalk and Samasta Village (8mins drive). We'll definitely be back again soon. Thanks for your hospitality!

A combination of beauty and luxury, this will be unforgettable experience to staying here, we will definitely return if we have the opportunity. Villa area is very large and really clean, the service is very friendly and good, the facilities are very complete, there is even a large public pool and kid playground nearby the kids pool, gym, spa, lounge, there are also several games and the villa also provides bicycles for guests if they want to cycle In the villa area, there are lots of coconut trees with dense fruit. I really love this villa, we ordered room service dinner and it tasted delicious, the breakfast menu was also great. Once again let me tell everyone who need to read this : this place is perfect for a holiday, the atmosphere is calming and comfortable, far from noisy. Earth tone at the lobby was beautiful too. High privacy villa with big pool, quick response with apps chats. Brilliant floating breakfast!! And very nice service staff!!

The layout of room and the whole retreat was just nice and matches the name.. The room was huge! In fact, a bit too huge. Just be extra careful when you enter the villa as there are 6 drops or steps before you reach the room entrance especially old people and running kids. Bathroom was nice with rainshower but there is no lotion or conditioner. The pantry was a bit disappointing. Mugs are bigger than the pot, and they are of different material and colours!! I was even more shocked to see that the tea and coffee are loose ones, not individually sealed, but in a container. I also spent sometime rewashing the stained mugs with brownish sponge. Kettle low quality. The breakfast was nice overlooking the pool. The fried rice and noddles were good. However the orange juice, PLEASE MANAGEMENT, change the juice. Before I booked, I had seen the same review from a guest on the orange juice and thought that it would be changed as it was 5 months ago, now I understand the feeling of the earlier guest. Overall, the facilities were great. Adults can cycled around and kids scoot. Too bad we had little time to enjoy all the games. one of the game table too need fixing too. Wanted to try the spa massage but haven't got time. For 2 nights when we got back, the spa was closed. Staffs were all very welcoming. Overall, I will still go back to this place if I ever go Bali again
