The Trans Resort Bali

A five-star experience at a friendly price! I always stay at this hotel when I arrive in Bali or before I leave as it's close to the airport and within walking distance to amazing restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and even some of the best beach clubs. The staff and management always go above and beyond. They remember returning guests and make you feel special with personalized welcome messages. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a great mix of local and Western dishes, and the room service menu is just as good. The facilities are also top-notch and very well-maintained.

This was our sixth stay at The Trans Resort. We usually choose to stay at different places when we visit Bali as each area and hotel offers a new experience. However, the facilities and service at The Trans are outstanding and we have no hesitation in returning.|The rooms are spacious; the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is a delight. Each balcony overlooks the pool.|The pool is great for a decent swim or just a place to relax and the sandy beach area is ideal for kids. |The breakfast buffet is amazing plus you get the choice of a number of a la carte menu choices. I especially like the dim sum options.|Food at the restaurant is great. There are so many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk but we found the food to be so good we chose to have dinner at The Trans.|The Spa is first class.|What makes The Trans Special are the staff. We especially want to acknowledge Cho, Pakis, Surya and Krishna at the restaurant and Yoga, Adi and Kevin in the Dim Sum area.|Alex, the Manager, spends time every day talking to guests to check that they are having a great time and is very responsive to feedback.

I recently stayed at The Trans Resort Bali, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. Their hospitality was top-notch! The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained surroundings. Our room was spotless, elegantly decorated, and had a lovely balcony that we truly enjoyed. The pool was fantastic--we had the best time relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay! The variety of food options was impressive, and everything was delicious. We especially loved that they gave us the opportunity to make our own Indian tea, which added a personal touch to our experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their friendliness and exceptional service made our trip unforgettable. We had absolutely nothing to complain about and would highly recommend The Trans Resort Bali to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Bali!

It's been a memorable experience having our event at The Trans Hotel Bali.. The room is great, food is nice, the pool is lovely (we didnt get the chance to swim tho, probably next time) but HATS OFF TO THE TEAM!!! They are really Helpful .. we had a lot of specific requirement from our client and they are really cooperative and made our job way easier. From the preparation of the event until we checked out, ALL SMOOTH!!! Thank you so much to the GM Mr. Alex for the hospitality by making sure all we needed were fulfilled.. Mbak eka from sales, mbak epi who is really friendly and always stand by, fast responded and fast actioned... Pak Komang, mbak shintia and mbak trias from front office who always help us when we need the room to be ready.. Pak Gede, Dillon, Tito and all concierge team who always helpful to send all the luggage, welcome kit and all stuff to the room.. Mas Mangun from banquet who always helpful starting from the preparation of event until it finished.. Chef Satu And Pak Dhani from F&B who always helpful on providing the buffet, the lunch boxes and lunch plated ready in the room.. The service is beyond expectation and The team are all truly GENEROUS... we'll come back for sure!!

My partner's first time to Bali and after one night said we should come back again next year. The service was fantastic, housekeeping twice a day and always helpful. The buffet breakfast had many varieties. Could also select al carte dishes and loved there were a few Indonesian dishes to select from. The highlight was the beach pool. The kids section was quite warm which was perfect cause it means you could swim all day. And the sand was so soft and they had a few beach toys anyone could play with. The kids club was average with a few toys but would only suit younger kids which was perfect for us. They did have a kids air hockey which was a hit. Would highly recommend any families with young kids to stay here.

Lots of great reviews but I am not overly sure why. The location is ok and the resort is rundown a little. The dining is not five star. Breakfast is jammed packed with tables with dirty table clothes and lots of large groups. Way better places out there serving of five stars. Staff are awesome, just like most hotels across the region. The rooms are run down and tired. If you've stayed in a few five star resorts around bali you'd see the difference

Absolutely loved our stay at The Trans Resort Bali! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly accommodating and lovely. Dana, the manager, was an absolute delight and one of the nicest people we've encountered. He is a true asset to the resort and went above and beyond to assist us with a minor issue, making our stay truly exceptional. The resort itself is a stunning replica of Crown Towers in Melbourne, Australia, and the villa was simply amazing. We were blown away by the luxurious experience and the attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend The Trans Resort Bali and can't wait to return to the villa. Many thanks to Dana and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

Great family location. We had the best time and staff were amazing. ||Highly recommend for anywhere family. ||They have an amazing kids swimming pool set up like a beach and they include all floaters and toys. ||Great location as well. ||Thanks for having us.
