The hotel looks good despite some places looking old. The rooms are comfortable and look luxurious, the services are good, but could be better in the future. The breakfast on my first night was very good, but the second night kinda lacked variety, All the food was soft and wet foods, could be better combined with dry and fried kind of foods. The pool at the second floor really nice, but much more better at the eight floor. Anyways, The hallway and parking basement needs more light, too dark and a little creepy. The hallway is still better, but the parking basement needs to be fixed so the customers are still comfortable everywhere in this place. Oh also the staff are kind and helpful, i asked for a drink last night at late hour, they are still active and fast response. Overall i am still satisfied here, this hotel will be one of my choices to stay when in bali. Thank you!

I stayed here for 1 night. While I didn't expect a resort experience, I had higher hope for the price that I paid. First of all. You would think the hotel is quite nice. I can see the concept & design were actually decent. But as you start walking around and staying in, you can see it is actually falling apart and poorly maintained. We were greeted with a flooded elevator and a staff telling us it was because a guest just finished swimming and went straight to the elevator. But when I went down a few hours later, it was still as wet as before. Not to mention, the walls inside are also smudged and dirty (i just read here a guest also commented on that. Means they are still not doing anything about it 3 weeks later ) The best part of the hotel is that the bed is big. The room is also spacious. However, you can see a little bit of broken / chipped / rusted details here & there. The bathroom's shower aluminum has become matte due to the built-up stain. The mirror also needs a replacement. The breakfast is not appetizing at all. The loaf of bread is still cold in the middle. The doughnut is hard. It lacks varieties, and taste wise is very bare minimum. The pool also feels dirty. The water looks a bit greenish instead, so I wasn't sure if it's the water or the pool tiles. You have a very nice concept and big potential. Everyone here is saying you need better maintenance. Please do.
To all people who planned to stay here, I recommend you not to stay here. Why? Because, the place here is not recommended. Room: It was huge, but there are some rusts on the wall. Also, the bed sheets are very unclean and it makes our skin feels very itchy. The bathroom is okay though, but the water needs to be more hotter. -- Facilities: The facilities are more manier than the hotel that i previously stayed at. Swimming pool: The swimming pool is very big, and it's nice. The kids pool seems very dark though.. Fitness: The fitness seems abandoned. There's barely any staffs there. It was very dark and empty. Elevator: The elevator is very unclean. There are fingerprints on the elevator's wall. And there are some stains and like those wooden straws, something like that. When I press the up elevator button, it's not working. Plus, when i press the elevator button, it makes my hands sticky!! Breakfast: The breakfast overall was okay, I only ate little there. It's not really that interesting. I only ate a scrambled egg with sausages. The plates are wet!! The tables there are also very dirty. The staffs: They barely greet the visitors in here. The security-guard was minding his own business. Didn't greet us. The staffs barely guard the facilities, like the gym. Also the breakfast place. Summary: Overall, if you're planning to stay at this hotel. Please don't. This is the worst hotel I've visited!!
Exceptional Stay in The Crystal Luxury bay resort!I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's photos don't do it justice - the lobby, staff greetings, and overall ambiance are truly impressive. The staff members are remarkably friendly, polite, and attentive, providing top-notch service that makes you feel valued. The hotel's bay view is breathtaking, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa - incredibly affordable and absolutely divine! I highly recommend treating yourself to a session (or two!).Considering the exceptional quality and service, I believe this hotel is significantly underpriced. I would return in a heartbeat if I ever visit Bali again. If you're looking for a fantastic stay, look no further! 5/5 stars
I stayed here during a short trip with some friends! Location of this hotel is really great, strategically located in the heart of the island-not too far from the airport and tourist attraction. Service and hospitality of this hotel is excellence. I stayed in their penthouse with bathtub and spacious room with living room and dining area. Tried Crystal Spa too, a very relaxing experience. I had my floating breakfast experience here too, wide variety of breakfast menu, as well as lunch and dinner. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsive
I stayed at this hotel for three days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. Despite Bali being known for its warm hospitality, the customer service here was lacking. No one offered assistance with carrying our luggage to the room, which was surprising for a five-star hotel. Additionally, there were no welcome drinks, and the room service was subpar. The hotel itself felt overly dark at night, which added to the overall disappointing atmosphere. While the breakfast buffet was decent, it lacked variety, and by the third day, it felt like we were having the same meal over and over again. Overall, the experience didn't match the price, and I expected much more for a five-star property.
We didn't have the best experience at this hotel. I knew there might be a few trade-offs since the price was lower, but honestly, it fell short in quite a few areas.||Let's start with the positives!| 1. The room itself was actually pretty nice -- spacious and even had a jacuzzi, which was a fun! Yes, it's quite outdated and definitely in need of a refresh, but for us, that wasn't a dealbreaker.| 2. The staff were super friendly and polite. It wasn't always easy to find someone when you needed them, but whenever we did make a request, it was taken care of quickly and with a smile.||Now, onto the not-so-great parts:| 1. The rooftop pool? Not working, unfortunately.| 2. The downstairs pool looked nice at first, but the water was freezing -- which was strange given that it was over 30degC day and night. On top of that, the pool wasn't very clean: there was oil floating on top and a lot of sand at the bottom.| 3. Speaking of sand... someone had the bright idea to cover areas near the pool with it. Not ideal. Your feet get messy right away, and there's nowhere to rinse off, so of course, the sand ends up in the pool.| 4. The public restrooms in the common areas were in really bad shape -- dirty, no toilet paper, no soap. Honestly, I've never seen anything quite like it in a hotel.| 5. Food was a major letdown. Breakfast was extremely limited. We're not picky eaters, but we ended up having eggs every single morning and then heading to a nearby cafe for something more satisfying.|Dinner was included in our booking, but I wouldn't recommend it. Drinks weren't included, the set menu was very limited, and when we asked to order from the regular menu (up to 150k per person), we quickly realized that almost nothing was actually available. On our last night, they said the only dessert option was a fruit plate... which turned out to be just watermelon. Even when something was available, food prep took forever -- one night we waited an hour and a half! Definitely better (and cheaper) to eat out or order delivery.| 6. The location is quite isolated. There's really nowhere to go for a walk in the evening, and nothing interesting nearby. That said, Pepito supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away, and it was a lifesaver -- good selection of things and a lovely little cafe. Definitely worth checking out.||On the bright side, Bali is absolutely stunning! We used Gojek app for taxi and explored the island, which was the real highlight of our trip. Highly recommend visiting Ubud, Dreamland Beach, Padang Padang, and the Sanur area -- they were our favorites.||So all in all, our plan was to stay in a reasonably priced hotel so we could spend more on taxis and adventures, which worked out. But I still expected a little more from the hotel experience itself. Hopefully with a few improvements, it could become a much better place to stay!
I stayed here for a few nights with my friends in their 2-bedroom penthouse unit. Room is spacious with living room n dining area, room with bathtubs and arranged flower when we first arrived. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. Had my floating breakfast here too with great selection of menu, same goes with lunch and dinner. Strategically located in the heart of the island, not too far from airport and from other tourist attractions. Tried Crystal spa too, a very relaxing experience.
