Risata Bali Resort and Spa

Our Customer group had an incredible experience at this stunning hotel! The property is spacious with a beautiful garden and is perfectly located, surrounded by cafes and shops. The infrastructure is top-notch, making everything easily accessible.||The staff were incredibly friendly, and the management was always happy to accommodate any request. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the fish pool .||Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone. ||A big thank you to Risata for making our stay unforgettable! We're already looking forward to our Customer group next visit!

Rooms were neat, clean and bigger with huge swimming pool. Staff are polite but very professional as they close everything at exact time. Breakfast time is 7 to 10 so one should finish before 10 , so no refill, nothing after 10. Market and beach is walkable distance from the resort. There are other resorts as well in this area but I can say one of the best resort in Kuta.

Very beautiful resort to stay. Staff is very co-operative and friendly. Especially Ms.Chandra and all restaurant staff. Good food. Location is very peaceful. Beach is also nearby. Reception staff is also very helpful. Very well experienced Chef.

I stayed here during Nyepi and it was nice. Some of the reviews say it's an "old" hotel but it's been renovated and you can barely tell. It's huge and the grounds are very nice, you don't find such places with the newer hotels in Bali as they don't have as much space. The pool is huge and there's a good Indian resto on site. There's a bunch of stores for water/beer right across the street. And if you want you can even walk to/from the airport. For the price I can't really complain esp the suites are spacious and nice. The beach as usual is filthy but that's not the hotel's fault, every politician in Bali shld be put in a dungeon for how they ignore the trash issues at beaches in Bali. It's disgusting and pathetic.

Amazing location! This property is near the beach and conveniently surrounded by all the essential facilities. It's especially great for Indian travelers, as there are 3-4 excellent Indian restaurants within walking distance. The ambiance is fantastic, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, good facilities such as the gym and spa, food is ok but awful service in the bar area. I was asked to eat at the pool area when I ordered food but they only had reclining sun loungers, after reluctantly letting me stay in the bar area the food was quickly delivered. Didn't ask about any drinks orders. Whilst chewing on the last piece of pizza they quickly took away my plate and also the menu that I was going to look at for dessert. Still no requests for drinks and no option for dessert. You can't ask for the bill, you have to go and pay at the desk, even though they've asked for your room number. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at it was a very poor experience.

I had a fantastic stay in the hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, ensuring every detail of the visit was perfect. The room was clean & spacious with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, making it hard to leave in the morning! The breakfast was a real highlight of my visit. There was a wide variety of options to suit every taste, from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order hot dishes. The quality of the food was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in presentation and service. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the airport , the city center & local attractions and many indian outlets on the go apart from the one in the hotel itself. The overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing, making it a perfect escape. I would highly recommend Risata Bali Resort & Spaq to anyone looking for a delightful stay with great amenities and exceptional service.

This hotel was fantastic! Really good vibes! The ambiance was lovely, and there was plenty of greenery. The pool view was breathtaking. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend it to others. The only downside was that the bathrooms were a bit small, and its layout could have been improved. I visited at the time of December, and that time it was the monsoon season. The weather was really pleasant, and we would often enjoy rain from the balcony. I didn't like the Ala Carte Food here, especially Indian Food here was not that great. Overall it was a good place for this price.
