Palm Beach Hotel Bali

So happy to find this gem snd so close to the airport. The pool is the star attraction, well maintained and comfy pool beds. The included breakfast is a great start to the day. The rooms are clean and airy with a little balcony and cloths rack for drying. The beds are comfortable too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money

Booked a superior room it was far from Superior Bathroom was disgusting! No shower curtain under sink was black! Could do with a good clean!! Had food in restaurant only to find a hair in my food! They did apologise but still charged as made a new meal!! Pool had broken tiles and sun beds bit dated I wouldn't waste your money staying here. The first picture is what a Superior Double/ Twin bathroom should look like but ours was Definitely NOT that! Then the Kettle had an English Plug on it!!! Lucky we had an adapter!! No coffee in rooms just kettle and cups! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Hotel is fantastic ,room was clean and staff always smiling and saying hello , how are you. Location us perfect, close to a quiet Beach, great Restaurants in the area and near to the airport. But the Service was a little disappointing this time around. I requested at check in not be near construction, Manager said there wasn't any construction anymore, but there was. I was right across from drilling. Also night Manager asked for my good friends ID while he visited, so we could go to dinner. Oh well i will still stay there and recommend it!!

The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, even adjusting the simple buffet breakfast for dietary requirements. The children loved the playground, and we appreciated how family-friendly the hotel is. While the hotel offers a peaceful environment, the one drawback was the unreliable Wi-Fi. This was my first time staying at Palm Beach Hotel, and I absolutely loved the Balinese ambiance. It felt very traditional and extremely comfortable. The room cleanliness was excellent, and my wife and I slept very well. The hospitality from the staff was great, and the owner was also very friendly. We felt lucky to stay there even though it was only for a few days. For anyone looking for a hotel near the airport with a comfortable and clean atmosphere, Palm Beach Hotel is one of your best options

The hotel is about 1.5 km away from Ngurah Rai International Airport which is convenient if you arrive late at night. The hotel is located in a beautiful garden. It has a swimming pool, a restaurant and a spa. It's a beachfront property so the beach (Pantai Jerman) is just across the road. I had a room on the third floor overlooking the pool and the garden. Keep in mind that there's no lift! The room was big and clean with a balcony. There's an electric kettle and a small fridge in the room. The bed was very big, the linen was clean. The TV has channels in different languages (Indonesian, English, Chinese, French, Russian, etc ). There are daily housekeeping services. The hotel provides two free bottles of water per day. Wi-Fi was very bad though so if you need it for work make sure to buy a local SIM card (e.g. Telkomsel).

Location is good but 10 minutes away from beach. Room is not clean and Aircondition was not good. I can get smell from smoking, I think they gave me a smoking room although I asked for non smoking room. Mattress is very hard and all bed sheets are feeling not fresh. I could not sleep all night due to the quality of the bed and air quality inside the room. They did not provide hair dryer when requested. Very poor service and had to wait 2 hours at check in. Not friendly staff.

The resort features an outdoor pool, a big garden, a spa and a restaurant. It is located on a quiet street. Within walking distance are Jerman Beach, Lippo Mall, cafes, shops, laundries, etc. The room was clean. The AC didn't work well. Wi-Fi was unreliable and non-existent at times. There was a kettle, two mugs and a small fridge in the room. No free tea or coffee but two free bottles of water per day. Beware of criminals hanging out at the front of the hotel offering you transportation services and tours around Bali.
