This is the house of horrors. If you can't build large apartment buildings, then don't do it. Everything here is terribly audible! The neighbor turns on the air conditioner at night and your apartment is so noisy that you can't sleep. You hear when the neighbors talk on the phone, when they walk, when they move their chairs or when they just open the sliding door of the closet. You can hear the water running when they shower. You can hear absolutely everything from the corridor. And that's only about 10% occupancy so far. When it's full here, people will kill themselves here. Fortunately, I've only been here for a month.

A new resort, was invited for the soft launch. The studio room was comfortable and everything worked great in the room. Areas of improvement: shower area flooring is slippery, so the eldery and young children better be careful when showering. The sink in the living room does not have water pressure and the water is trickling, instead of flowing. Other than that, it's a great experience.
