La Berceuse Nusa Dua, Bali

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. One morning we overslept due to being Jet lagged and we had a call to our room to ask us if we still wanted breakfast. We were 30;minutes late, very refreshing and different to the hotels I've stayed at , even if you're 5 minutes late they won't serve you. The rooms were clean and tidied every day. A very pleasant experience would highly recommend this resort.

staff is very friendly and helpful, surrounded area is magnificent, bed and pillows are very comfortable. for this price is quite good, but rooms are needed a renovation. and the sound insulation is poor, if you live on the first floor, you hear how people on the second floor are stomping. i guess today staff were cleaning the room on the second floor and stomping at 8 am, when we were sleeping. it was annoying.

Receptionist was super friendly and nice but the bed sheets and pillows sheets were really stinky like men's sweat. So I asked them to change sheets but the cleaner already left so staff allowed us to stay on upstairs. And next day, cleaner came and she was upset with us it was a bit awkward like we snitched haha There's a nice beach nearby, so location is perfect.

Good service, but room is dusty, mouldy and toilet is unhygienic. Love that restaurant and spa is available in the resort. Location is slightly remote but they can help arrange for motorcycle rental.

Would not recommend to stay here. Although room is very big and spacious, the facility is heavily dated. Bathroom is incredibly mouldy, shower has no hot water (at best is may be warm). Massage is very bad (have had massage many times in Bali, this is by far the worst, and it's not cheap either; they also forgot to add the free 15mins massage to the package with no compensation) Would have been one star if not for the good service from the receptionist.

Where to start?||The service was by far the best I've experienced. This feels more than a 4 star resort and villa. It's much more personalised and very welcoming. I have not had to lift a finger my entire duration, the staff here cannot do enough for you. I've never had this kind of service. Something that western countries should take note of. ||I had a few massage treatments and they give you afternoon tea served with cakes and local produce. All fresh. The breakfasts were fab, all fresh everything, and had dinner one of the nights too. Amazing coffee also. Spent one of the days by the pool which was fab and laid back.||The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was well beyond my expectations, it was a luxurious experience. The only thing that was a bother was the step into the bathroom as I tripped a few times as I forgot it was there every time I went to the bathroom (but that's me being clumsy).||A special hats off to the managers at reception. They've been fantastic with recommending me places to go and restaurants to eat. The personal shuttle services included made that experience even more amazing. I've never had this kind of service. You guys have been the highlight of my stay here! So thank you so much for that. ||It made me feel so much better as I was alone the whole time here as my friend wasn't able to join unfortunately.||All in all, I would definitely come back here without a doubt and I 100% recommend it to everyone I know. This is my first time to Bali and the Balinese truly are wonderful, kind people I feel very blessed. Thank you so much again for everything. And I hope one day to come back! All the best!

Rooms became very old. Toilet and doors spoiled already. Breakfast is not worth. Less healthier option. Tv is pretty old, shows lot of lines on the display. Only tv channels, no Netflix or YouTube. I paid S$100. With the price, even though rooms and toilets are big enough, it's not worth to stay. Cheating on Agoda and Google maps, the hotel named La Berceuse Resort and Villa Nusa Dua by Taritiya Collection, but when I search the name in google maps, it refers to another star hotel. After booking only I noticed, it's not same. So, please be aware
