Hilton Bali Resort

One of the most memorable stay in Bali! Services and hospitality were top notch! Although we had some hiccups on the initial stay but special thanks to Miss Arniti, QA manager who rectified the issues immediately. The club lounge wasn't as what we expected but looking forward to coming back to visit the new one. Room was beautifully decorated and the view was definitely spectacular. (Been to many hotels worldwide stated sea views but not one that can match Hilton Bali) There are few restaurants to choose from but my favourite is Elara! Yummy Spanish food, great service and peaceful environment. Sadly to say that the Mandala spa looks very tired. Seriously it needs a make over. Otherwise it's good! Also thank you Mr Bagus from the club lounge who tried his best to make my virgin Mojito to my taste and also the reception Miss Tika for her kind assistance. Finally, a big thank you to everyone from Hilton Bali who made such a wonderful and enjoyable stay for us! We will definitely be back

I recently stayed at Hilton Bali Resort in Nusa Dua, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding--every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay special. The late-night room service was excellent, always prompt and accommodating, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless with such attention to detail. It truly felt like they were too good to be true! The resort itself is stunning, and the buffet breakfast was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

Although I didn't actually stay overnight at the Hilton in Nusa Dua, I spent an entire day there with my family and a big group of family friends--and it was absolutely fantastic! We made full use of the hotel's incredible facilities, especially the multiple swimming pools, which were beautifully designed and perfect for both kids and adults. The pool bars were a great touch, and the expansive grassy area made it easy for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves. The water slide was definitely the star of the show--an absolute hit with everyone, regardless of age! One of the highlights of the day was the buffet spread they put on for us out on the grassy area. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options that catered to both kids and adults alike. It really added to the overall experience and made the day feel extra special. From the moment you enter the Hilton, the view is nothing short of breathtaking. The walk through the resort down to the pool area is just as stunning, with well-kept grounds and a luxurious, tropical feel throughout. Based on everything I experienced during the day, I can only imagine the accommodation is just as impressive. I definitely plan to return for a proper stay so I can enjoy the full Hilton Nusa Dua experience!

Stayed in the 2 Bedroom royal suite with my fiance and 2 children 14 and 11 year old.|Huge rooms with great ocean views and lounge and dining area.|Staff are attentive, friendly and knew us by name within a short period.|Great large pool with water slide, which provided many hours of fun for both kids and adults alike. Multiple restaurants to choose from, and as a Diamond member we had access to the executive lounge with include cocktails and canapes each night.|Cocktails were plentiful and amazing (and strong)|Had a photo shoot arranged on site and some great pics.|Beach is nice and new rock spits create a safe haven to swim and frolic in the water.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a trip to Bali and decided to stay at the Hilton Bali Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and the excellent customer service team that helped make our time there extra special. I am a Hilton Diamond member (20 years) and have noticed a steep drop off in the customer service and amenities offered to Diamond members in North America....yet the Hilton Bali resort elevated my belief back in the Diamond experience. The breakfast at the Grain restaurant was second to none with the options available, and the manager Debby L would greet us every morning by name and make sure our dinning was extra special and our needs were all met. The executive lounge for Diamond members was fantastic with staff on hand at all times when it was open to provide service and mix drinks, etc. Bagus from the lounge went above and beyond each day to ensure we were well taken of. All in all, I have stayed at numerous resorts around the globe, and would rate this experience up there with the best of them.

What a great experience. Driving into the complex, you very quickly get a sense of the scale of the hotel. We were greeted by people who were all to willing to help you out and make it a warm welcome. The room was nice and for the most part tidy. There is some work needed to tidy some parts of the place up but overall it is still in good shape. Enjoyed the variety of food from breakfast along with the restaurants available on site. Food on site is expensive but as are most options in the Nusa Dua area from our experience. Staff were all great, could not fault their tentativeness or service levels at all. Will definitely be returning for another holiday at the hotel.

One of the best resorts we've been to! Absolutely stunning views and luxurious set up. We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The resort is huge with several stunning pools. We loved the water slide and the pools were kid friendly as well. The beach is beautiful and clean. The view from the cliff tower was magical. Definitely recommend staying in the cliff tower. The breakfast spread was so huge with a vast variety of dishes. We loved the local dishes and the baked items. The property is well maintained with beautiful lawns and clean corridors. Absolutely magical experience!

This place will make your Bali trip absolutely worth it! Such a beautiful property with some of the most courteous staff I've ever met. Special thanks to Chocho/Sedco at the check-in desk for upgrading our stay -- you truly made it more memorable. So helpful and kind, we really appreciated the gesture. Thank you, Hilton, for treating us so well! We also had a lovely photoshoot with Hardi from Dream Studio -- he captured some amazing moments. However, we received only 1 out of the 29 photos that were taken. I really wish we could have gotten all of them! Will definitely visit again!
