Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. The resort is stunning--lush gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. What made my experience even more memorable was the incredible hospitality from the staff.||A special shout-out to Winadi, the lifeguard, who went above and beyond every day. He was always attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable around the pool area. His warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.||Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali--whether you're looking to unwind or explore, Grand Mercure Seminyak is the perfect base. Great location and lovely staff. Grounds and hotel very clean and tidy. Huge selection of breakfast. Ben who managed the free daily fitness classes was also great. Our 4 year old loved the pools, kids room and feeding the fish daily. In particular our daughter was very fond of Gigi from the kids room who was so friendly and easy to chat to. It was great to see them interacting and sitting down playing with the kids , not just sitting in corner watching all the time. My husband and I both had a 1 hour Balinese massage at the hotel spa with chosen oil and was amazing! perfect pressure and worked on areas of our body that needed extra attention. Both Lilik and Shelia were attentive and asked occasionally if the pressure was still OK to make sure we enjoyed the whole hour experience. We were always able to leave our daughter with the staff in the kids room while we enjoyed our massages. If in seminyak again, we would definitely return to the Grand Mecure. Thank you to all the staff there who made us feel so welcome.

Great accommodation in a good location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Staff are super friendly and the rooms were very clean. Pools were nice and the breakfast was lovely. Only down side was people putting towels on the lounges / seats by the pool in the morning and not coming back for hours to use them and despite the fact there is a sign saying they'll remove the towels no staff ever actually took the towels away so then there wasn't enough seats for people actually using the pool, also not much shade.

This is a 100% deserved and honest review.We are an Australian couple Accor platinum (nearly diamond) members and have been travelling the world continuosly since mid 2023. We were so impressed with the quality and staff of Grand mercure. In a nutshell you will not be disappointed at all, indeed I'm sure your expections will be exceeded. Location is spot on. Check in is welcoming and effecient. Rooms are smart clean very comfortable mattress, pillows and bed linen wonderful.Every staff member was always engaging and nothing was ever too much bother for anyone. Their happiness was seeing us smile and be comfortable. The restaurant is exceptional staffed by a wonderful team. 10 out of 10 well earnt. Of particular note for exceptional service is Mrs.Desy Ariyanti who is such a 'Grand' asset to Mercure Grand. I also would like to acknowledge Sidi Andy Silvia and Dewi in the restaurant for their attentive service I wish I could remember every other staff members name who we had such positive interactions with. Overall please accept this recommendation and stay with Grand Mercure for the most amazing experience.. Our review based on two seperate visits in March totalling 9 nights. Stephen Davey

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. The concierge team was also incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do around Seminyak. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a lovely view. The pool area was relaxing, and the food at the restaurant, especially breakfast, was delicious. The hotel is in a great location--close to the beach and shops but still peaceful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

I had a wonderful time at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The food was delicious and fresh, every meal was a treat. A special thanks to Heinrich at the concierge desk for all his help with directions and recommending great places to visit in Seminyak. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again next time I'm in Bali!

Our stay at the Grand Mercure Seminyak has been absolutely fabulous! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. The hotel is exceptionally well-staffed, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for us, right in the heart of Seminyak, surrounded by charming shops, great restaurants, and just a short stroll to the beach. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, while the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable.
