Grand Mega Resort & Spa Bali

The room smelled very damped but probably because it was off season and we got the cheapest room, so that's what we got on getting 72$ for 3 nights. But however, we saw cockroaches too but didn't complaint because we were too tired to pack again and move to another room. The rooms were spacious. We were in two rooms 324 and 322. The breakfast was ok the hotel was good and location was really good. However, wouldn't be staying here again. Could find a better hotel next time but thank you guys for taking care of us for 3 nights!

Lovely place. Really nice room for the price. Had a gym which I enjoyed and the spa was great. Only flaws was the gym wasn't too greatly equipped. Other than that I'd definitely go back. Staff were very helpful and kind. Felt very safe there. Room service was good also!

Spacious room but old and some lighting are not working inside room. Good location at the opposite of big shopping mall. Okay for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast has cooking egg station, good for fresh order. Otherwise all food stuff are local and many flies.

We checked-in to stay near the airport one Night before our Flight. The hotel looks good from outside and the lobby. We booked deluxe pool view room. Once u enter the room, the smell of mold, old and dirty used furnitures welcome you. There is no chance the place is cleaned properly, every corner needs to be renovated to be advertised as a 4 stars hotel. The doors to the balcony are broken, the toilet has yellow stings. Be aware before you come here

!! Worm in the bathtub The exterior of the accommodation was grand, and the staff was polite, making an effort to assist us throughout our stay. First red flags, they did not read my email request prior to our arrival, which was disappointing. The room they initially provided was terrible! There was a scent of cigarette smoke outside our room even though they said no smoking allowed with their rules, the water sink was left running, the TV was left on, and we even found a worm in the bathtub, which raised doubts about the cleanliness of the room. Due to our busy schedule and a taxi was waiting for us. We didn't have time to address these concerns longer at the concierge. But we asked for a room change or thorough cleaning, but upon returning, we found no improvements, and there were no towels, and needed for us to call just to have them. If only we have enough time. As we couldn't find another hotel because it was late and we had an early flight. While the concierge staff was polite, the overall experience did not justify staying there. There are other options available that, although older, are cleaner and still comfortable. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience marred our last night before our flights, turning it into a nightmare.

I checked in today at the hotel and was shocked to find the room in an extremely dirty condition. All the mats are stained, the AC is not working, and the white pillow covers have turned yellow due to poor hygiene. The room is completely unhygienic and far below any acceptable standard. I even asked the hotel staff to change the room, but they informed me that all rooms are the same. This has completely ruined my trip, wasted my money, and caused unnecessary stress. I have also attached a video clearly showing the condition of the room. I request immediate action to either move me to a better hotel or provide a full refund/compensation for this terrible experience.

Value for money with good location. Okay for a short stay.Facilities are old and worn out, but swimming pool is nice. Breakfast selection is very basic, it offers egg station for fresh hot egg orders, e.g. omelette and sunny side. Flies everywhere, so be careful with your food. Service staff team are courteous and helpful.

Clean with good size room for accommodation. Hotel staff are helpful. Good for short stay.Many domestic travellers who smoke and it becomes a nuisance if you are non-smoker. Don't expect much from the breakfast if you are not domestic traveller. Location is very good. Also there is a shopping mall and hospital nearby.
