Grand Hyatt Bali

Great experience at Grand Hyatt Bali! We had a wonderful stay - the staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, the gardens and pools are beautifully maintained, and the hotel's location is excellent - right on the beach and close to everything we needed. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious. The only downside we noticed was the rooms - while spacious and clean, the interior design feels a bit outdated and could use some refreshing to match the rest of the hotel's high standards. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely return!

I travel a lot for work but this place might be the best I have ever stayed in. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you feel at peace. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious enough that I was able to fully unpack to have myself set up for the week. The grounds were massive and there was always a new place to explore or park yourself up for the day. The grounds workers always had everything looking absolutely perfect. All the restaurant and bar staff were so lovely and attentive and the food was delicious. All in all, I didn't want to leave and am already planning to come back.

Just spent the most amazing week at Grand Hyatt Bali, the food and drinks were incredible, the staff even more so, everyone is so lovely and friendly, and helpful. They have thought of everything. The grounds are so beautifully kept, it truly is paradise. My only (tiny) gripe is the pools are quite warm, I found it hard to cool off. The ocean was so beautiful though, so we just swam there. We absolutely will be back!

All i can say is absolutely fantastic. We did see a few complaining but over very petty issues in my opinion, the type of people that would whinge if they won the lottery and think they are more important than anyone else. We were a family of 5 and had two rooms adjoining. Although this is a older hotel, i felt them to be very good and they were maintained perfectly our entire stay. One small issue is the AC worked far better in one of the rooms than the other. We took the all inclusive package and i found it fantastic and can not recommend enough, we absolutely enjoyed ever aspect. Staff were fantastic and i mean fantastic. The pools were stunning and always clean, in fact everything was clean. Its located on a beach frontage which is so picturesque, the grounds are kept immaculately, and you really feel like your on holidays. There is a selection of restaurants and depending on your taste i felt all delivered great quality, breakfast excellent and varying enough that each day there was something new to try. In all we had a great time and would recommend to friends and family - we may even go back - cheers all

We bought a package through luxury escapes. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. I did not find it to be outdated. The selection of restaurants was amazing. All the food was of a very high quality. Massage that was included was also good. Staff were always so warm and friendly and helpful at all times. The gym amenities are really good with a great selection of equipment. Pools could be a bit better but overall were still good and I particularly enjoyed the slide.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali. Erika and Devon arranged a wedding anniversary surprise when we arrived at our Grand Hyatt Bali room. We loved the spacious room with a beautiful view of the pond. The property is amazing with many well maintained ponds with water Lillie's that's opens during the day and closes at night. All of the hotel staff including Mr. Morissher had been spectacularly friendly and very attentive throughout our stay. We had 2 minor room issues (stuck bathroom door and TV remote unable to control volume) that were both fixed within an hour of reporting it. The daily turndown service was well done and clean. The Grand Club food was fresh with a good variety of food. The staff including Urip were all very friendly and gave us a history of the resort. The authentic Balinese dance show at the Pasar Senggol night market was superb but unfortunately the Indonesian and Balinese food was tasteless, overcooked, and dry. This was likely partially due to the event being moved to the Grand ballroom because of forecasted rain. Aside from the bad Pasar Senggol food, we had a fantastic time and will return in the future.

The resort was lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was relaxing, the pools were great and the food was delicious. The cocktails were also tasty. We did a luxury escapes all inclusive deal and this worked well for us with the kids.

We just hosted an event at the Grand Hyatt Bali, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the resort being at full capacity, the service was flawless and the staff incredibly warm and accommodating. Michelle and her team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with precision and care. Their reliability and professionalism made all the difference--we couldn't have asked for a better partner for our event.
