Benoa Sea Suites and Villas

Spacious room with a working Jacuzzi, great for moon-gazing or spying on water sports pros while you soak like royalty. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pretty sure this place has the VIP pass to the best sunrise view in town. Evenings on the balcony felt like a movie, stars, moonlight, and that sea reflection magic. Bed was comfy, room was spotless, and the connecting room setup is a win for squad trips. We had an awesome stay, sunrise coffee hits different when you're living your best vacation life! Sure come back for second time. Just a heads-up: the sea hangs out at the shore from 9am to 3 PM, then it peaces out and leaves a whole lotta sand behind so plan your beach dips early!

Avoid This Place - Not Worth It! We booked our last two days in Bali here, expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned out to be the worst decision. This place is far from family-friendly. The environment was unclean, noisy, and completely misrepresented in the listing.The pool was filthy and unusable, and the jacuzzi was covered in dust. Many of the amenities mentioned on Booking.com were not functional.Construction work was happening right outside our room, making the balcony inaccessible and adding constant noise.When we raised concerns, the staff showed little interest in assisting us.We refused to let this place ruin the end of our trip, so we immediately booked a much better hotel and left the same day. This was a complete waste of money, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs. Not worth it!

Nice and comfortable 3 stars hotel. |The staff and manager is very kind, helpful and friendly. We had wonderful 2 weeks (one in a sea suite and one in a villa). |There are plenty restaurants and bars nearby, so it's no problem the hotel itself has no restaurant.|Direct beach access, but not to swim just for watersports. The hotel provides 50% discounts for watersports with the local provider next door.

We had a high expectation from this property. But faced issues with the jacuzzi and our AC was dripping water all night. No technician/staff was available to fix it immediately and after a lot of requests we were finally given a different room. The amenities of the room are really luxurious compared to the pricing. The location, Nusa Dua has many eateries and the beach just a walk away. It may be difficult to locate the hotel as there is a narrow lane to reach it from the main road and we often missed the cut as there was no board placed to guide the guests.

We had a lovely time at the Benoa Sea Suites and Villas by Premier Hospitality Asia. The staff were friendly and courteous and always had a friendly smile and hello for us. We stayed in a single villa with our own pool which was kept spotless by the cleaning staff. If we had any problems they were quick to fix them. We totally recommend this hotel as we found it quiet and relaxing which is just what we wanted. It doesn't have a restaurant but we found some lovely places to eat outside of the hotel, especially one known as The Tree

The accommodation itself: Villa layout and facilities as described on the website. The room is true to the photos in terms of size and amenities. (Two 2 ply toilet paper rolls are included per day) We stayed in a villa with private pool, unfortunately it was the start of rain season and the ambient temp as well as pool water temp weren't refreshing. Friendly and helpful staff, nice house-keeping and plentiful breakfast. Only breakfast is provided onsite, you'll need to sort out lunch and dinner(easily). Location: Very secluded, with lots of dining options nearby, and one 24hr convenient store just at the corner of the block (this is where I'd recommend getting drinking water from).

What a wonderful place! The online pictures versus the actual room is 10/10. The room and facilities was exactly as depicted, clean, smelt amazing, air conditioned and exactly what we needed. We opted for the breakfast option served in our room by the pool every morning. The presentation and flavours was 10/10. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we would definitely book again.

We stayed here for 10 nights. It was in a good location with a supermarket right in front so it was very easy to get the few things we needed. Lots of massage places and they were all good & so cheap at $10.00 for a full body massage. A great restaurant straight across the road called Bumba Bali, we went there twice. Our room was lovely and big with a king size bed no complaints with our air conditioning the room was always lovely and cool. The staff were excellent and always friendly. We weren't so impressed with the beach it was a bit dirty but the pool certainly made up for it. Breakfast was a bit hit n miss but we didn't starve as they gave you a choice of hot breakfast pastries & fresh fruit. It was in a quiet area so we didn't get hassled and it wasn't crowded. Certainly worth staying here.
