Bali Paragon Resort Hotel

I had a good stay for a sudden trip to Bali. The location is perfect, close to anything you want to reach in Jimbaran. The staffs are great, very welcoming and detailed. There even a staff who checked on the taxi as I arrived at night, to make sure I didn't leave my belongings. The breakfast is pretty good, although not the kind of things you expect for a branded '4 stars' hotel. The hotel has a great sense of tropical luxury interior design, yet it seems they had its glory day way back then. Many things aren't maintained well such as the safe deposit box, the door, walls etc. Yet I don't really complained as everything is pretty clean, has a great value, and the staffs there are very nice.

I stayed at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel for two days, and during my stay, I got injured. The staff here, especially Housekeeping Manager Dika and the rest of the team, took great care of me with patience and kindness. Their professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. I sincerely appreciate their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

First when I got the room, the room smelled real bad it smelled like mold and dust. But great service they said that they can change the room to another room in just 30 minutes. The cleaning was good also. Great service.

The room was just ok, but with two people might be a bit cramped. I'm pretty easy to please, but as with many Bali hotels, the age of things showed. Room was fairly clean, besides a bunch of chocolate chips around on the floor. My biggest complaint is that the floor kept producing condensation - something unsettling about getting out of bed to a damp floor. Staff was always very pleasant, massage services were also good, and located close to the airport made for an easy travel home.

First time staying at a hotel with an unpleasant experience. The room is poorly maintained, the mattress is very damp (cold and can be felt a bit wet), the floor is damp and sticky, there is rust on the chair, and the tissue can be felt damp. My clothes and pants smell damp, even when I got home the damp smell was still there. Damp moisty humid!!! The bathroom is very dirty, there are some black moss on the walls and when you turn on the shower there are like short black worms like mosquito larvae but bigger and there are spiders hanging in the shower. I asked to change rooms but according to them it can be handled by spraying air freshener. This hotel is crowded but very poorly maintained, the price is not cheap but what you get is not like a 4 stars hotel. I was stayed at room 310... left side area.

while the location is quite strategic, the service and room holds me back from giving a 4-5 stars. For the rooms, once the Air Conditioner is cold enough, the floor is condensed, making it slippery. About the bathroom, theres a very slight spot for you to see other people because the curtain is not fully closed. when you shower, you could smell the unpleasant drains.
