AYANA Segara Bali

Absolutely stunning! This is truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited. The interior design is breathtaking--every detail feels thoughtfully curated. But what really made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.||A special thank you to Chevas, who went above and beyond to make my husband and me feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, and he was not only easy to talk to but also incredibly attentive and accommodating to our needs.||We're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Our stay at AYANA Segara Bali was fantastic! Traveling with two friends and our families, we loved that the resort had room options to suit different budgets. The 14 pools across the AYANA Estate were a huge hit, giving the children plenty of space to play together. The service was outstanding--staff were kind and super attentive. A special highlight for us was the bath bombs, which my son absolutely adored! If I could bring one thing home, it would be those. The cultural dinner and show was a great experience for adults, but it wasn't ideal for young children. It was quite loud, and since it was outdoors, it got warm. We ended up stepping out to the grounds so the little ones (two 5-year-olds and a 3-year-old) could have a break. The food was decent, though we preferred some meals we had outside the resort. As for massages, we don't recommend the place right outside the hotel--there's a better spa nearby offering five-star quality for the same price. Overall, AYANA Segara Bali was a great choice for a mixed group, and we are definitely going to return!

We had the best time at AYANA for our honeymoon and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed at Ayana Segara in Bali for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The resort is stunning, with beautiful views, luxurious rooms, and access to all the amazing facilities across the Ayana estate.||One of the highlights of our stay was the warm hospitality we received. In particular, Saka at the reception desk was incredibly kind and helpful--he made us feel so welcome and ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay.||This was truly a honeymoon to remember, and we're so happy we chose Ayana Segara. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway!

The Worst Bali Hotel - AYANA This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had! Here's why: 1. Serious Noise Issues The room had terrible soundproofing. I could hear every noise from the hallway--footsteps, rolling luggage, and conversations. There was no peace or relaxation at all! 2. Insects in the Room The room was infested with bugs! There were moths when I first arrived, and in the morning, I found a centipede. 3. Terrible Curtains The curtains were awful. As soon as the sun rose, sunlight poured into the room. Sleeping in after sunrise was absolutely impossible. 4. Horrible Breakfast The breakfast was terrible! The food tasted bad, there was very little variety, and items were not replenished on time. It was an entirely disappointing experience. 5. Charged for Drinking Water Even basic drinking water wasn't provided for free. Every bottle of water outside the room came with an extra charge, which felt extremely cheap and unwelcoming. 6. Terrible Pool Towel Policy The hotel didn't allow pool towels to be taken out of the pool area. After swimming, I had to walk back to my room in soaking wet clothes because there was no changing room nearby. 7. Extremely Poor Value for Money For the price I paid, the service and facilities were absolutely not worth it. This was far from a luxury experience. If you're considering staying here, DON'T! There are much better hotels in Bali that offer proper service, cleanliness, and value for money. AYANA was an enormous disappointment.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Jocelyn, who prepared a beautiful birthday cake that made the celebration even more special. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The accommodation was luxurious and nice, not to mention. The friendly response of the staff made the atmosphere of the trip even deeper. In particular, Felicia, who speaks Korean well, was impressed by her careful care of our honeymoon and his wife's birthday. Thanks to you, it was a very happy honeymoon. I will visit Ayana next time I come to Bali.

We had an amazing stay at AYANA Segara Bali! The luxurious rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made our stay even more special. We hadn't realised just how huge AYANA is -it's a collection of resorts in one, which made exploring so much fun! Some of our favourite spots were the Rimba pool, the AYANA ocean infinity pool, and of course, the forest pool -each offering a unique and relaxing experience. A couple of small suggestions: it would be great if the tram was switched to electric, as the diesel engine can be quite smelly. Also, adding another kids club at Segara would be a fantastic addition. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to return. Highly recommend!
