Hotel Awesome Palace - A Luxury Business Inn

Awesome Palace located opposite to City Centre Mall and surrounded by food joints, showrooms and liquor shops. The rooms are big and have comfortable mattresses. Interiors need modification and the shower room needs to have a hair dryer. Breakfast needs to have more variety. The roof top restaurant is awesome and serves good food. Good place for a short trip.

Average Stay - Needs Attention to Basic Comforts I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be quite average. The main advantage is its close proximity to the airport and the free airport transfer service, which is definitely convenient for travelers. However, several issues affected the quality of the stay. The rooms are basic and just about functional, but I noticed frequent power cuts that would switch off the air conditioning - even during the night - making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The live kitchen was closed on one of the days without any alternative dining options, which was disappointing. Food overall was just okay. Another major concern was cleanliness and pest control. There were house flies and mosquitoes in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. With the new airport construction happening nearby, there's also quite a bit of dust in the area. On top of that, room service failed to replace towels after cleaning, which shows a lack of attention to detail. In summary, this hotel is suitable for a quick transit stay thanks to its location, but there are several areas - especially around comfort, cleanliness, and service - that need serious improvement.

Room 109. Checked in on 14 Jan. some wedding party too much noise. It is almost midnight. Cannot sleep. Repeatedly told reception but no action. Check in procedures also need improvement. Terrible experience. One key card for two guests in a room. Not recommended.

Not safe for women. The kind of other customers they solicit made me feel uncomfortable. Too much of ogling and standing at one place and continuously staring. Very bad. The reception is so cramped that the ogling men will sit and watch u what you are doing. The staffs are just helpless and hopeless.

Thai hotel is situated very near to airport, location is good. This is a new branch they have opened and the hotel is neat and clean. The staffs are courteous and prompt. All the facilities are there as per the standard of business hotel. Special mention to Aditya , who went an xtra mile to provide an excellent service.

This review is for the Awesome Palace hotel near Airport road. It's a new hotel and very neat and clean room. We got the room that gets the sunlight so we loved it. Dint get a chance to taste the food but the experience of staying in the room was great

Excellent service. We stayed one night on our way out of Guwahati. Amazing rooms and service. Complimentary cab is provided for airport drop. Service by Sumit ( hope I got the.name right) was great. Extra mattress is provided on a wheel bed instead on floor. All in all great experience. Breakfast Food in restaurant taste can be improved. Not upto the standard of the hotel. Will stay again if in Guwahati.
