NAMDANG HOUSE

The place looks 5star from outside but the rooms are not even 2 star. Rooms and bathrooms look like never have been cleaned. Room has cockroaches and lizards. The airconditioners are full of dust and spiderwebs which are unhealthy for inhalation. The fans make noise. The furniture is quite old and never cleaned. Overcharged and overhyped & overrated. The servants are not willing to come to assist for your luggage. Food was bad too. The matar curry was not uncooked. Utensils are dirty.

The location and the ambience and the food, they are no less than perfection . It is the perfect hide out for the weekend. I must take time and appreciate the cook of this place, he/ she had amazing culinary skills. The staff is helpful specially the owner is really kind and understanding. Definitely coming back here again . This place has my heart

- Rooms were good and spacious but the bathroom needs upgrade. - Food is okay but can improve. - Staffs were ok they need to improve their communication skills a bit more. As a whole the atmosphere is good but most of the things need to improve a bit.

Located by the main road, Namdang House is the best place to stay in Digboi. All staff are very welbehaved. Home style cooked simple food is the ultimate comfort. Quietness felt at this place is amazing

The environment is cozy. Food is good. The prices of food are a mix package. Few items are extravagantly priced while others are okeyish. The sitting arrangements are not well planned. The time taken to serve is good. Good for family get together. Parking available. Good for Casual friends get together.

Cleanliness was big issue in your stay. Toilet wasn't clean and had spiders living inside. Room had good interior but had dust. Bedsheets were full of bugs. We both got skin allergies, eye allergies and bug bites during our stay, had to rush for seeing a doctor in the morning. Service was okay, one star is just for the service, everything else was too bad.

perfect location to visit dehing patkai national park. the place felt like heaven after one night in mayodia coffee house, the food was good. the bathrooms were clean rooms decent. no complaints. mostly frequented by birders but is ideal for others too
