I had a wonderful experience staying at Dondrub Homestay in Tawang. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. One of the highlights of the stay was the delicious home-cooked meals. The local flavors and fresh ingredients added a special touch to our Tawang experience. The homestay also had a peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient--close to the main attractions of Tawang yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hospitality, cleanliness, and authentic local feel made this stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Dondrub Homestay to anyone visiting Tawang!

We had wonderful stay for 3 nights. Rooms were specious and clean. They have parking facility. Staff Is supportive. Sometimes staff forgets to change the towels but don't hesitate to remind them. Only issue is with food. They have limited food option. We have opted for stay with dinner. For two days, they offer almost same food like daal rice, roti and potato sabji and chicken curry with same taste which was quite boring so we requested bhendi on 3rd day and they fulfilled that. In breakfast, also they have boiled egg, bread, tea/coffee, puri/sabji and roti. They should extend their menu with offering omelette, poha etc. The owner is good and helpful.

This homestay is situated near the New Market area of Tawang. So room views are nothing to speak of. But the redeeming points are that the rooms are spacious, cleanliness is alright and the service is polite. Room heaters, bed warmers and plenty of hot water further enhance the experience.

Excellent Homestay and Hospitality provided by the owners. Two cute dogs Daisy and CoCo entertained my 5 year old and he loved them. The house staff were also fabulous and courteous.

I stayed here for 1 day from 2nd april to 3rd april 2025. It was situated very near to the Tawang monestry. Owners were gentle and caring. Rooms has all the amenities like heater, bed warmer, kettle, tv, wifi. Highly recommended

There are 3 separate cottages with Mountain View and quality homemade food orders. Heater and Bed warmer during winters. Price of Homestay is on the higher side. The location of the place is close to Monastery and Old Market with few cafes available.

Word's cant define the hospitality provide by the owner. They are very sweet, caring. Food is just amazing homemade i love the most. Rooms are neat and clean with all the facilities. They also provide cab facility for local sightseeing as well as bumla pass. You can ask them for cab if you are visiting by helicopter. Once again thanks for such hospitality, Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a good and friendly and affordable home stay.

Rooms were spacious they took care of us All facilities including electric blanket were provided we felt like our home... Good place to stay in Tawang.
