Woodland Hotel

It was a pleasant and convenient stay at this hotel and all the amenities were good. Location of this hotel is also very nice, near to station and everything is available nearby. The staff is well behaved and cordial.

Correction 25 April 2025: I gave the review below on 23 April 2025 at the time of my checkout. I thought Agoda was guilty, not hotel Woodland, of booking single bed room when I paid for double bed room, hence I had to pay difference for single bed to double bed Rs 400 to Mr Santosh, the reception manager at Woodland hotel Vizianagaram. Today I wanted to complain to Agoda on their mistake. But when I checked my email, I found a message from Agoda that showed "Room type: Double Executive". It is clear that Agoda booked correctly but it is the Hotel Woodland manager who said Agoda booked only a single bed room and forced me to pay extra. Obviously the hotel computer system made a mistake or the hotel has dishonest staff who collected extra money from customers. I hope Hotel Woodland, Vizianagaram will double check now and apologize to me for their mistake and pay back the extra collected from me. Came through Agoda and my experience with Agoda was bad, they offered both single bed and double bed rooms, I opted for double bed room, they further asked you want one double bed or 2 separate beds, I opted for the separate beds room, when I completed the payment using credit card, Agoda took lot of time to confirm that room is booked, they sent a msg that I will get an email from them in 10 min...it did not come. When I reached the hotel, the hotel informed me the system shows only a single bed room, sorry. I had to pay extra for a double bed room. They told it is a clear mistake from Agoda. Next time I will not recommend Agoda to any of my family or friends. Unprofessional fellows !!

We Have Been At Woodland Hotel For One Night Saty Booking . When We Ask For Tariff For 2 Person The Manager At the Reception Was Very Rood For His Tariff Charges . Then we have final for Rooms I have given my ID for Formelites & I told Onces I freshup & Come Down For Dinner & Pay Your Amount we was Not ready atall He was Rood Just asking for money pay now . The Rooms was all empty Then to he was Very Rood . So I request No one Should Go in This Hotel If they Are Giving Free Rooms

Would not suggest this for a family. Was Subject to a police visit at midnight 12:20am. Room is very good but this police checking was a bit suspicious

Room is good maintenance and staff also very friendly good service center of the hotel near by public transport

Nice stay with spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Breakfast included and the service is good
