Super Hotel O Murali Nagar Near NAD Junction

The room is part of 4 bedroom apartment.since the apartment is new, so is the room. Air-conditioning was good. So is the water heater, 24x7 hrs.Location is faily good. Airport is nearby. But eating places quite a distance to travel. However the service is slacking. With red ants crawling, and bitting you while you asleep. Cupboards with broken door. Dusty shelf and cupboard. The bedsheets, pillows covers and towels were not changed everyday. Even sweeping and cleaning was done every day. Though the staff were friendly, but to requests or rather chase them daily . I stayed a total of 6 days. The main reasons : location was near bus-stand, water heater and Air-conditioning was available throughout the whole day

Rooms are reasonable clean. Except there is no daily sweeping or mopping. Red ants are crawling the floor. Toiletries like soap and shampoo and even fresh towels have to request daily. The wall cabinet is excellently available, but with one broken door and dusty inside Nevertheless, there is 24 hours aircon and hot water

I'm happy with hotel & price I paid for. After seeing the nearby hotels in NAD Junction which are of same price range. This one deserves the best among them. It's a brand new apartment which was build as 1bhk house, due some reasons owner decided to make as hotel. Decent sized rooms. There is much more need to be done with cleanliness in the common areas. No extra chairs in the room to seat.

Booked 20 days advance for 4 days . But after reaching the apartmentment(it's not a hotel). 1.They refused to give room. 2.*Very Rude behaviour of owner*. 3.No power to receptionist to take action but he was polite. 4.no bedsheet changing no cleanliness.

Everthing was nice. but the staff person was trying to fraud me for leaving the room early before the time. who on the earth will charge for leaving early a hotel. i do not recommend this hotel because of that bad experience i had.

Bloody cheaters.. I was charged for the AC room and got a Non AC room.

Super irresponsible. Such a worst nightmare I had because of them
