The Eden Park Boutique Hotel

This was our second visit to Eden Park and it didn't disappoint once again. The service is excellent - when we needed something you only had to phone down to reception and someone would be at your door. Morgan, the general manager, works very hard to make sure every aspect of your visit is perfect. The staff even used their own phones to call me an auto rickshaw when I couldn't do it. The food in the two eating venues in the hotel is very different but both are equally excellent. The restaurant on the top floor has amazing views of the surrounding hills and serves classic Indian food whereas the cafe in the lobby is more relaxed and serves western dishes like pizza and burgers. There really is something for everyone!

Initially they gave Room number 101 ac was leaking, they changed room to 305, door not locking. Then to 105. All the rooms bed were hard. You don't feel like you gone to a hotel. This lost its charm. Better avoid it. Front desk staff is horrible too. And restaurant doesn't have much options and intercom doesn't work or they won't pick mostly. AVOID FOR YOUR PEACE

As i booked 2 nights stay with 3k buks, hotel does not have basic amenities, not providing water bottles, toiletries such like, towel, soap, dental kits, highly recommend not to refer this property.

Amazing experience in Eden park hotel, this is our first visit and it was pleasant, though the rooms were okay, the management and food was amazingly delicious. Murgan the manager here works really hard and courteous. He makes sure that you as a customer are happy and satisfied.

However, I did notice some uncovered repairs on the corners of the walls, which gave the room a slightly unfinished feel. While not a major issue, it's something the hotel could address for a more polished look. Service: The service at Eden Park was excellent. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they were happy to provide local recommendations when needed. Breakfast: The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, but the menu was limited, with only two or three fixed items to choose from. While the food was fine, it would be nice to have a bit more variety or flexibility, especially for guests staying multiple days. Facilities: The hotel provides meeting and event spaces, though I didn't need to use these during my stay. There is also a fitness center, which is functional but quite basic. It could use a few more options for those looking for a more robust workout. Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access major attractions and business areas in Vijayawada. It's a convenient spot for both work and sightseeing. Overall: I had a comfortable stay at Eden Park Boutique Hotel. While the limited breakfast menu and minor cosmetic repairs could use some attention, the excellent service, comfort, and location make it a solid choice in Vijayawada. I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

The short stay here was wonderful! The rooms are very cozy and pretty. The food at their restaurant is just incredible. Bonus point is the stunning views from both the room and the restaurant!

There seems to be a power problem here. Last night there was a power outage in the room between 12 am and 4 am. I don't know what the problem was, but i was asked to change the room at 4 am. It was pretty frustrating to pack after such a long day.
