Super Hotel O Besant Road

Don't book this hotel ever. 1. Lift completely not working. 2. Washrooms getting bad smell. 3. Pillows and bedsheets are too dirty. 4. There is no power back up. 5. Due to the power cut there is no water also. 6. There is no cleaning staff. 7. While booking it's showing complementary break fast too, but haven't provided. 8. There is no parking space. Unfortunately we can't by car in that street .. 9. Tv not working,

Worst experience. Geyser doesnot work. No Cleaning. Full of mosquitoes. Room has 5 to 6 layers of dirt. you will have bedsheets which are very shabby. Overall it was very bad experience. Oyo should not enlist such hotels..

The room was not upto mark bathroom door was broken , water was not available for 2 hrs in the washroom need to be done lot of work

I had the worst experience with oyo. I booked sai krishna residency vijayawada and got confirmation message also at 12.14pm. At 3.52 pm I got message that due to unforeseen circumstances my booking is shifted to Besant Hotel.I could not find the hotel after following the instructions on map. I called OYO customer care and to my dismay he told me that the hotel is closed and I have to do a new booking.I was helpless in the middle of the night with family. I got frustrated and called the OYO customer service again and after a long wait of 20 mins in the middle of night they gave me some other hotel person contact number. When I reached the hotel I noticed that the room was clean,bedsheets were unclean,and the place was untidy. Did not get sleep at all due to foul smell and mosquitoes. In the morning I found that there is no hot water for bath.I finally decided not to recommend OYO booking service to anyone. I request all to not to go by the hotel photos they provide on the website.They show you good photos and you end up in a bad hotel with no services provided.

Waste service from oyo,booked room from oyo in Vijayawada. Amenities not given properly,there is no hot water geyser& they are telling that v vil provide water heater &a bucket of water so v should heat water manually by keeping plug in switch board. I called oyo call center&explained about the problem they said v vil solve ur problem & they kept my call in hold more than 40 mts but my problem not solved. Room is not good,pls don't book room by seeing photos pls go&see rooms then u book. Room is full of mosquitoes &lift not working. Waste service from oyo next time I vil not go with oyo.
