OYO Hotel Leela Elite

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at OYO Hotel Leela Elite. I booked my stay through OYO, but when I arrived, the hotel demanded extra money at check-in, which was completely unofficial. They insisted on this extra charge, otherwise, they would not let me check in, which felt like a scam. The room was in terrible condition - it was full of dust and dirt. While the AC worked fine, the TV didn't function at all. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes, and I couldn't sleep the entire night because of them. The room was not cleaned properly, and there were no bath towels provided. After I checked out, the hotel staff tried to accuse me of taking a mosquito repellent device, saying I had taken their Allout. This was completely false, and I was never informed about it. Their behavior was unprofessional and rude. Even though I paid for one night, I was forced to check out at 10:40 AM, even though I checked in at 7:30 PM the previous day. This means I didn't even get a full 24-hour stay, which is what I had paid for. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is unprofessional, the rooms are filthy, and the entire experience was a nightmare. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst hotel, demanding extra money at the time of check-in, if u r booked through Oyo or other website they are collecting extra money unofficially otherwise they are not allowing to check-in.

worst @ cheap people, rooms not good , they put hotel on oyo site but they won't give for oyo booking people .better don't prefer this hotel worthless

I had very worst experience, room is full of dust ,ac is working in good condition, tv is not working, room is full of mosquitos I cant sleep full.night due to mosquitos and dust
