Hotel Sun Square

Absolutely Amazing Venue! We recently hosted an event at this function hall and couldn't be happier with the experience. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The ambiance was perfect for our celebration, and all our guests were impressed. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

The stay has been unprecedented and most pleasant. Each of the staff member was courteous and helpful. No single thing is there to be troubled about. Amazing hospitality with amiable behaviour. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Location is wonderful and has access to all required places. Overall I must say, you can blindly choose to stay here and you won't be repented at all.

Rooms are under renovation/repair hence didn't get hot water and there's gutter smell from the sink etc in the bathroom. They acknowledged it and refunded the payment. Staff and service are good. Guess it will be a good place after renovation.

DO NOT GO WITH RATING and Review please. Not recommended at all. Gutter smell is coming from the water . Looks like drainage water hotel is using . You can not use the bath room even for face wash.. Everywhere u will get drainage smell . Room is having full of mosquito. We changed the room , the 2nd room also same issue. Wi-Fi , very slow , can not do your office work for sure. Not able to sleep whole night ..Such a painful stay here. One thing room service staff , they are good . Reception guy started fighting with us , when we complained in early morning .Pay little more and choose a nice place to stay . OWNER OF THE PROPERTY REPLIED ON MY REVIEW . THANKS. WE ASKED FOR 2 WATER BOTTLES , HE GAVE 1 , SIR - IS IT SUFFICIENT FOR 2 PEOPLE ?? WHEN WE ASKED FOR ONE MORE BOTTLE HE SAID NOT AVAILABLE NOW . PLEASE HAVE A CHECK WITH YOUR STUFF PRIOR TO RESPOND. ROOM SERVICE GUY , HE IS GOOD BUT THE PERSON IN RECEPTION IS A USELESS GUY , HE STARTED ARGUING WITH US POST COMPLAIN . I AM NOT WORRIED ABOUT REFUND OK , THIS IS SOME THING BOOKING PLATFORM HAS TO WORRY , AS BASED ON THEIR OFFER I BOOKED THIS HOTEL . HOW ABOUT MOSQUITO INSIDE ROOM ?? The location and the service is good. The only gripe i have is there is no toothpaste or soap provided by the hotel. Also, the rooms at the top floors are better compared to ground floor. Also, the internet connectivity at ground floor is very bad compared to top floors.

I have never been to such a bad hotel. - Full of mosquitos you will get for free in the rooms - Drain water mixing in the bathroom water pipes, so you will get nice gutter smell in the bathroom water. - Just stay there for a day and you will get some nice diseases like malaria, stomach infection etc.. Rest it's upto you if you want to check-in here.

Stayed 3 nights at Sun Square hotel. Only advantage is hotel is in good location and near to vijayawada railway station also. Room is ok but with few mosquitoes. Hot water is not available for bath. Poor house keeping. No proper cleaning of the room and bath room. Floor cleaner and toilet cleaner is not used while cleaning. Poor amenities. Tooth brush, bath soap etc are not provided. Instant tea/coffee pockets are kept in room. But tumblers are not provided in spite of request.
