Not at all a good experience. We trick you with charges of extra time as they don't intimate you on your checkout. When questioned they bluntly same they can't manage due to many room. A good trick to get extra money out ...... With respect to your response: First thing - You didn't lend any help, you just served for what we paid you. And the experience you left us with is not less than Worse. Your management standard are worse. If you can't manage multiple rooms then don't own such responsibility. Second thing: During our phone discussion you told that you would be giving 24hrs+1hr buffer if we pay you at desk. This was a commitment you have given. But you should INFORM YOUR GUESTS WHEN THEIR CHECKOUT time is close by. Every hotel does this unless you have this TRICK TO PULL OUT EXTRA MONEY. On top you have changed 200 for 30mins total baseless

Neat and clean rooms, and Railway station, PNBS Bus Station in vicinity makes their hotel no. 1 stop for stay. Staffs cooperation and excellent room service adds to their USP. Wonderful to avail their regular services for past 3 years now. Keep it and good going team Hotel Sri Ram Grand!

Too much of mosquitoes and very unhising condition.. properly is nise, but the locality is a transport area ..the price is bitter high, on comparison and location wise. Remaining all Good..

This is just an lodge in lorry transport area. Messy street. This is not 3 star hotel. No restaurent. They bring food from nearby roadside hotel. Rooms are small. Rs.2100 per day rental. not worth.

Decent rooms, staff were courteous. The bathroom was ok. Not many facilities close by to the hotel. You will have to walk a few hundred metres or take an auto.

Very nice. You can feel their regular maintenance and the passion to stay in this industry. Rooms are clean, wide and clean toilets, corridors, steps, parking, nice staff... The surrounding with private travel buses gives a tiny touch uneasyness. Rooms were bit of pricy, might be in synch with their efforts and quality. I recommend

For the last minute stay we decided to go by google reviews and found this place. Budget friendly, neat and clean, pleasant stay and everything worked out fine.

Decent place for stay staff is polite and helpful ,found little expensive thts why 4 stars
