Complaint: I am writing to express my disappointment with the bathroom amenities and the service provided by Mr. Ravi, the room boy. Specifically:The bathroom bucket was in a deplorable state, making it unusable. When I requested Mr. Ravi to replace the bucket, he responded sternly, telling me to use it as is. Expected Resolution:I expect a higher level of quality in bathroom amenities, especially considering the room rent. I request that you:Replace the bathroom bucket with a clean and functional one.Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of bathroom amenities.Train your staff, particularly Mr. Ravi, on customer service and etiquette, emphasizing the importance of treating guests with respect and courtesy. Suggested to traning for hotel worker: Always prioritize customer satisfaction and comfort.Be respectful, courteous, and polite in interactions with guests.Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain clean and well-maintained amenities to ensure good value for the guest's money.

Location is good room's are very luxury and Lift facility. But receptionist was not good they are bargaining for room charges it's very bad feeling.
Hotel manager rude behaviour room gud service but main thing dealing with customers his way of talking is not correct 1500/- his took 1700 refund 200 u will got after check he is says but not give only 20/- returned and simply said 12% gst - cutting 200-180 he's theaf behaviour vijaywada hotel amaravathi residency good but waste now a days only innotel r novotel
They give you used bed sheet used towels and used blankets of low quality after charging 2200 ,washrooms are also not clean will never go to this place again .
The worst hotel I ever seen. They take a charge of 100 rs if your check out time is more than your actual time. Today I was forget my phone in room no 207 and infirm to counter person he was suddenly cut my phone and after I am calling but he is not responded any thing . Our experience is very bad for this hotel I suggest please don't go.
Rooms are okay only. Restrooms are not clean. I stayed for 2 days. They didn't clean rooms or change bedcover even when I insisted. Toilet is also not clean. This hotel is OKAY only.
On time of booking , hotel manager Told price is 1050 and taken 1500 advance. On time of check-out he has taken 50 rupees extra telling it is t tax. When I asked for a bill then he is telling that you have to pay 12 percent extra for bill. Food is not available here, they bring it from outside and charge very high price for that. Room sweepar , security guard , room boy everyone ask for tip also like beggars. No air ventilation in room. In morning so many people disturbed me , asking for tea, cloth washing, room cleaning, toilet cleaning.
First room cost is too high. Charged me 2k as thr no rooms available in vijayawada due to ysrcp meeting on 09th july. No room service. Hot water is a joke. They say that it will come if u leave 2-3 bucckets of normal water. All u get is room temp water. Only location is gud n near to all places.
