Hotel Aira

I was frequently travels on business need. I stayed in this Hotel for 2 days. In April month. Rooms clean and neat. Entire hotel is hygiene and well maintained. Food was tasty and cost of staying in budget friendly. Hotel is at Benz Circle which is center of the Vijayawada. From ther any place very near.

I have no positive remarks to offer; however, I feel compelled to share several issues that may encourage others to avoid this property. The refrigerator is non-functional. The air conditioning is also inoperative. Although I was provided with another room, the same problems persisted throughout. The refrigerator door is very old and damaged. There is a significant mosquito issue. They charged me Rs.30 for a water bottle that should have cost Rs.20. In some rooms, there is no lock available for the bathroom. Only free channels, such as DD National, are accessible.

We stayed on 2nd May 2025 for one night... writing this review so that you all know their intentions...My 3 year old kid lost her silver ring and after checkout we came to Bangalore after 2 hours of check out we got a call from hotel staffs asking us to come back and take the ring....which itself tells us that these people are really honest .....may God bless you all and the Hotel Management Team....wishing you super success.....coming yo hotel rooms quality and Food I will rate it 5* on everything

Not worth the money you are paying. Rooms may be good, significantly but there are a hell lot of mosquitoes, yes, even in their restaurant. If you ask for the spray or mosquito repellent, they were least bothered. Very poor service. Regarding restaurant, they are extremely slow in delivering. All the dishes mentioned in the menu are not available. Thus, god bless if you choose this that you may check out with Chickengunya, dengue or other. YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK Please avoid.

The room was spacious, but the building is old with cracks and even cockroach babies in the room. Washroom fittings were loose, and the kitchen being parallel to the washroom raises serious hygiene concerns. The dining area was disappointing, with mosquitoes everywhere, old paintings, poor aesthetics, and sofas awkwardly placed in dark corners. The food was of average taste. While the locality is convenient with malls, tea stalls, and tiffin centers nearby, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Location is good. However the staffs are very untrained. The breakfast started very late at 8.30 am both the days I was there . The key cards get deactivated and the reception doesn't have network, the rooms AC doesn't function properly. Lot of scope for improvement.

Don't believe and trust on online hotel pics .My stay at Hotel Aira - Vijayawada was incredibly disappointing. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, smelly with dirty floors and stained bedsheets and towels. The STAFF at the front desk were extensively Unhelpful and seemed annoyed. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot, . Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone." Awful experience. In-room Wifi did not work, There was no toilet paper in bathroom at check-in and only one towel, The room was smelly with smoking smell. Staff was unhelpful. I left after 15 minutes and requested a refund. Management did not approve it.
