I wish I could give negative ratings. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. The room was booked from Agoda and already paid for. We reached a little late at around 8. The reception guy started asking for extra money for AC though it was already included during booking. When I contacted Agoda they called the hotel and hotel guys were not reachable. I had no option left as it was late. The hotel has cramped car parking and worst rooms. The hotel guys are not friendly. Please don't go via photos and avoid the hotel.

No room service, drinking water not available, you need to carry own water bottle, Lazy Staff, what you ask at reception They don't know head shake ,Money waste, Please ask room boy Return your change money back, They don't give, escape , food not available after 10pm

one of the worst experience with SRC grand hotel vijayawada, we already reserved in advance confirmation message also received, at the time of check in src hotel management saying that online bookings are not accept, we are already fill up our all rooms, specially at that day, due to neet exam the rooms rate are very high so cancel without any reason, next time i will take legal action being an advocate, this is very step to us, if you cannot provide rooms then dont come in online and giving fake commitments to offering rooms.

I had facing the money issue with hotel staff. In the app it is showing remaining amount 1892,but they charged from me 3900,we are paying 2000 rs xtra. Oyo customer care not responding for this issue. Hotel also very normal.we booked 5 rooms 2 rooms not working AC.overall normal hotel

Plz try no to book a room in this hotel , hotel staff didn't even have basic common sense. They will definitely charge you with extra amount anyways ( if u book on-line). It's their policy to harass customers and distrub your mental peace.They act as there were providing us a free service. Try maximum to avoid this hotel. Free advice

Worst hotel. Never book a room. After booking the room and making the complete payment. Hotel management denied to offer a room and they allotted the room to others. Upon asking they asked to check with service center and they are not responsible.
