It's not worth it for big functions but for a budget friendly this is the place to go. For the marriage function, it will charge 40k, and for other functions, 30k plus 1200 rupees for an hour use of electricity

I was directed this property by #AirBnB for a one day stay. I was disappointed by the absence of any staff in the office on site. I had to call the proprietor who asked the manager to come to the office in a while - who promptly said that there we no room. The office itself was a bit shady . I did not waste any time in the office.

Banquet hall. Good location. For small gathering(abt 100 guests) it is okay. Air conditioned, good lighting, no vehicular sound disturbance experienced although it is on the highway. Dining hall not available. Ample parking available.

Staff are courteous and available when needed. Mr. Sai Krishna was helpful with booking queries on Phone/WhatsApp and his prompt follow up ensured in selecting this accommodation. He was available during afternoon checkout and it was quick. We had one of the fastest paperless late evening check-in with the help of Mr. Somu who was ready with UPI QR code for payment as requested earlier. Bellboy Mr. Raja from Bihar knows only Hindi. He is available all the time and stays in the property and informed this facility started operations less than 6 months ago and he joined a month ago. He didn't ask for any tips despite carrying a few bags to the room on instructions of Mr. Somu and stay in this property was a complete cashless experience. There is a banquet hall and rooms are next to it on the backside. Property is located right on the highway on the way to Vijayawada from MTM. We got a compact 190~200 Sft room (~250 Sft if bathroom is included) with a functioning Whirlpool Split AC, fan and a BPL TV with STB. TV wasn't connected but we didn't bother to check with staff as we were away most of the day and tired by the time we were back. Water heater & ACs have separate MCBs outside the rooms and are not connected to Key based power. Heater MCB may be turned off in the evening but staff will turn on and show you if you need to use it. 2 towels, pillows are provided along with wall mounted hand wash next to wash basin. Godrej Aer Pocket in bathroom does its job. There is secured car parking for about 6 to 8 cars and few more can be parked outside. No soap / shampoo / sanitizer / toilet paper / electric kettle is available but there isn't a restaurant or complimentary breakfast either but they don't advertise as a 3-star or higher property. Consider this as a decent accommodation choice with optional lockable inter-connected rooms if you are on a budget and need more than a single room or need to stay in Poranki specifically. They provide All-Out to combat mosquito menace but be sure to carry your own repellant or you will become a feast to hungry mosquitoes if you don't. We were prepared knowing the locality and didn't face an issue with 2 repellants at work while we slept. Highway vehicular noise isn't audible in the closed room unlike bathroom when AC and fan are on. The staff mentioned they didn't hear of any COVID-19 cases in the last few months in the locality and weren't wearing masks as is the case with most locals. We were allowed late evening check-in & 24 hours check-out. They didn't ask us to check-out by 11 AM like regular hotels which is a plus. Overall a pretty good experience for a 2 night short stay in the 2nd week of the year 2021 with no complaints for the price of 1500 per night and there are no hidden charges or GST. I enjoyed the stay here staff was to friendly hassle-free i had been checked in I loved the stay I was not feeling well i reached there at afternoon receptionist helped me out he was so kind towards me i asked at 3pm for idli even though there was no restaurant he brought it from outside

Hall is very good but it's capacity of 200 to 250 people, stage is very small ,if more than 300 people to accommodate it's not suitable
