It's frustrating when you bring an issue to the hotel management's attention, but they don't take responsibility or offer a solution. Unfortunately, the hotel allows smoking in the outdoor areas, which meant that the smoke would often waft into the rooms and common areas. I brought this issue to the hotel management's attention, but they didn't seem to take my concern seriously. They didn't offer any apology or solution, which was disappointing. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of comfort and consideration. The hotel's lack of response to my concern was unacceptable. Management is the worst; they have no idea how to interact with a customer. Rude behaviour, I booked it online, but they demanded more money. The rooms are not clean, and cocraches can be found throughout. There were insects on the bed, bedsheets were not clean and the bathroom had damaged faucets.

Worst hotel in whole Vijayawada , don't go to this hotel at all , worst staff I have ever faced , greedy and cunning fellows

Rooms are okay, but the facility of room cleaning services and responses very bad. No one cleans below the BED. in my bed N number of used cigarette peaks were there. This is ridiculous.

I liked the Rooms and the Service and the amount also very reasonable I have booked through OYO soo it was a good experience on First impression
