HOTEL SLV GRAND

I stayed here for one day. 3 people in 1 room, rooms where spacious and hot water was always available. Staffs are really good! Booked from booking.com. This hotel is the nearest to the high way as well as railway station.

Worst stay ever. We had booked a non smoking room but had to deal with cigarette smell whole night. By morning all our throats were hurting. The bathroom also wasn't clean, the bedsheets were horrible. We paid close to 3k per night only to experience our worst nightmare. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were rude as well.

Such a bad hotel. Check in by last month ,5pm -30 mins in the room , didn't notice anythg - went to a nearby temple and returned around 9pm..wen we opened the room door ,full of cockroaches on the bed , bags and washroom - tiny cockroaches everywhere. They shifted me to another room in the same 2nd floor. Got to see cockroaches there as well. Had to shift to another hotel in the same night 9.30pm. they didn't return any refund claiming I used their property for half a day. Pls stay away from this hotel,My personal experience.

One of the worst hotel. They are not at all maintaining the rooms. The bedsheet and bedcovers are already used by someone. Small bugs are present in the bedcovers. Tables are not properly cleaned . I entered at 4 am and moved by 8 am without proper sleep of their poor bed maintenance.

Not worth the price. Rooms are smelly and cramped. Bed is worn out. Bedsheet is flimsy. Towels are smelly. AC is not in proper condition. Worst part is the AC is controlled from the reception. I have observed that they turn off and on the AC intermittently during the night. And then we need to turn on the AC again through remote. No water bottles are provided as complimentary. No complimentary breakfast for 2200rs they charge. Water flow is washroom is very less. Only one tap can release water at a time. Location is prime though.

Upon arrival with online booking, person denied check in and mentioned all room sold out. Asked to wait for 10 minutes and afterwards no reaction. The booking was made thru goibibo and raising a complaint for delisting this hotel. This hotel wasted /disturbed our plans.

Utterly useless in every sense. Rooms don't have working AC, the plugs don't go into the sockets, the bathrooms are missing panels, rooms don't look anything like how it is described in the MakeMyTrip pages. Morning coffee was served in dirty and unwashed cups. The food was atrocious, and the service was horrible. Only 3 items on the menu were available and with a total of 3 tables in the hall, each were made to wait at least 20 minutes for simple items to be served. In fighting was happening amongst the staff at the front desk, and the kitchen staff were arguing loudly about a missing order. Simply atrocious. As a local guide, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but advertising as something different on MakeMyTrip, and being something completely different is a crime all on its own. Please avoid at all costs if at all possible.

The hotel is situated 5 mins from the main bus stand. The rooms are clean and tidy. The person sitting in the reception is helpful and courteous. Only the breakfast needs to be a bit improved. Great stay. Also you can look for the packages they offer for visits to Tirumala and others. The pricing is pretty decent.
