Hotel Sri Devi Residency

During my three-night stay at this hotel, I encountered several disappointing incidents that marred my experience. Despite notifying the hotel staff multiple times, my room was not cleaned as requested. It was frustrating to have to remind them repeatedly, only to find no action taken. Another inconvenience arose when I decided to avail the hotel's laundry service. I handed over my clothes, expecting them to be returned fresh and clean. However, to my dismay, after a wait of two days, I received my clothes back in a damp state. The hotel staff explained that they were unable to dry them due to the incessant rain. Their solution? They suggested I dry my clothes in the confines of my own room, which seemed like an impractical and inconvenient alternative. To make matters worse, my room turned out to be infested with insects. The presence of these unwelcome critters made my stay extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. It was disheartening to find myself in a situation where my requests for cleanliness and comfort were neglected. In summary, my three-night stay at this hotel was marred by a lack of room cleaning despite repeated reminders, the disappointment of receiving damp clothes due to their inability to dry them properly, and the unwelcome presence of insects in my room. These incidents left me with a dissatisfactory experience, and I hope that the hotel takes steps to rectify these issues for future guests. Worst hotel ever stayed.

Good service and staff behaviour

The service is very good at the hotel. They brought hot water promptly for our bathroom, helped us with the luggage etc. The ac in the room was powerful. But the room itself left much to be desired. There were roaches and bugs in the bathroom and they kept making noises at night which became a problem when we were trying to get back to sleep. The tap in the wash basin was broken and was instantly dripping and wasting water. The lack of a geyser in the bathroom was also a drawback

As per the tarriff they have to provide good service to the customers. They need to change the bed, tooooooo hard. After the guest check out, must be do the clean and atleast sprinkle the room freshener. Front office dust service is good and cooperative.

Over all the place was good, but I think with those standards if the hotel management can expand their hotel or put the hotel somewhere bigger than this, they could be more successful. The food is good, aminities are cool. The best part is it is much nearer to pretty much everything in the town as it acts as the centre point of the city. Kudos to the management

The rooms are clean but bedsheets and pillow covers are not good. There are holes for blanket. There is no proper white tube light, they have kept yellow led lights which makes our eyes strain. Washroom are well maintained but there is a leakage which allows for the water to get wasted

Decent accommodation in the Tanuku town with Ac rooms and with decent service. Not had much time but parking is a problem. You have to park on the road side.

No maintenance at all. Though it has got location advantage, poor maintenance spoiling the show. You can enjoy unwanted company of cockroach , spider and terminates also.
